    I have so many questions about startup tree service business in Atlanta. I am not sure if my market is just way too competitve and i need to relocate or my marketing strategy just sucks but I am at that very painful stage of not having fulltime work to build and keep fulttime employees. I need help. Who can I speak too.

    Charging a senior $2,500 for a torsion conversion on a non insulated 8x7 she doesn't need and not mentioning that her sprocket was about to shear off is one way to get to 200 million I guess. I'd hate to see what that new door estimate would have been. I love the idea of the industry making more money, but I do have to sleep at night

    Is A1 running 200m strictly with employees rather than franchising? I’m wish he talked about the process of scaling that to go out of state😢

      He buys companies now, that’s how he is scaling so fast. He has a team that does nothing but looks for partnerships to buy out.
