Vibration analysis? I would love to work with these guys. I work with engineers who don't know shit about their systems, let alone vibe analysis.
Edit: I'm an engineer who's focused in reliability engineering, especially condition monitoring (vibration analysis CAT III cert), who'd rather work with Millwrights who know their shit instead of egotistical engineers who think it's a waste of time.

I'm 23 a 2 year millwright apprentice and pretty much found my job I absolutely being an industrial mechanic and everybody met is older and more resilient then myself
@taylenbynum1668 I feel into the trade by accident when I was 23, just moved down south to GA. never even knew millwrights existed, toted tools in the beginning, said to hell with that, it all seemed to come natural to me, then I grabbed that welder stinger and never let go, been getting down since 2009 busting ass everyday so I can bring home a decent pay!
Im 19, failed my physics class in mechanical engineering my first semester ever, now after second semester I wanna move into millwright. You guys have any info? How to get into it?
@frozone2366 brother I wish I did, I kinda just fell Into it!!, but it came to me like 2nd nature, what I can say is just absorb anything and everything you can, take an industrial maintenance class, they teach a lot
