Living in France, it’s hard for me to understand what everything means and would take me so long to translate. So thank you! I took screenshots of some products so I can buy it tomorrow. Thanks 😊
I always watch people in the shops what they buy and here in Austria they buy lots of cookies, chocolates, candies etc. I also almost never buy that stuff. 😊 I keep tons of nuts and different kind of raisins at home instead. 🤗
This is awesome! This is the way I usually shop here in America but I am the exception shopper at the big supermarkets. We have smaller health food markets but few and far between. It's nice to point out that healthy convenience food is something worthwile like you mention.
Lovely video, showing that healthy eating can be simple and affordable. You've got lots of As on the Nutriscore in your groceries 🙂 Just missed seeing some bread - do you buy it fresh daily, or not a favourite of yours?
This was a super helpful and interesting video. I hope you do more of these in the future! I did notice you didn’t buy and types of bread (for meals, breakfast toasts etc.) is this normal?
Great video! Lu Petit ecolier are my favorites. I first had them in France and was so happy when they showed up here in the states - they also make the best S'mores!
It was great to learn from you yesterday! Excited for next time. Can't wait to see what's in this grocery haul. Our chat yesterday inspired me to find a special dessert to eat vs. a "cheat" mindset. :)
Actually it's bullshit. And people that don't know anything about nutrition get misleaded. Veuae they just assume a mean healthy but tis not the case. Like yiu have pizza and cookies with a on it. But then things like dates and nuts with D for intense, because they are higher in fat or sugar.. But they are natural whole foods not processed no additives etc.. So I think it's stupid to then put a bad score on them and make people think it's a less good option than the freaking processed junk cookie just because it has less sugar per 100 gr.. Like I'd much rather eat the dates with natural sugars and vitamins and minerals, not processed, product from nature etc

It’s always interesting to see how everyone grocery shops like! Also neat to see from a different country

I really like this. I think I'll have to watch it again. It's a struggle to buy groceries and come up with ideas.

Thank you for the video. What kind of recipes do you use the Broccoli and carrot purées for?? 🙂
I use them as sides along with some fallafels and some bulgur for instance!
Super helpful for people moving to france

Thanks! This was just for me for a week !
Hi I like the jarred green beans.. are they in water? As I’m looking for an alternative here in Australia? Thank you!! Xoxoxox
Yes, they're in water with a bit of salt!
I love everything about these videos (except that loud ding)
What store in Paris/France can I get these from? Is any Monoprix fine or is it from a specific store? Thanks!
AUCHAN LECLERC LIDL ( CHEAPER) CARREFOUR OR MONOPRIX( VERY COSTLY)
Her grocery shopping was made in a LECLERC.
@@JehanneMarie Thank you!
Lucie is your entire family vegetarian? Do you meal plan as a family?
do you take any supplements
I like how some of the food has a nutrition "grade" 🙂
Yes, the nutriscore haha
@@Edukalebylucie oh haha that is really helpful I like it.

What do you put the brochli and carrot purée in?
I usually use them as a side with some bulgur and soy patties!
Isn’t it problematic that a lot of vegan alternative meats and cheeses are very processed?
Is this just for the week 😳
