Judge passing the buck. Cowardly move,leaving it up to others to sanction her
When WE the people of the USA provide OUR money to benefit the people of Fulton County, WE damn well expect it to be used for the purpose it was intended. And we damned well expect the people we elected to make SURE it is used properly.
If Fani Willis misused those funds, WE WANT THE MONEY BACK!

Everyone is assumed innocent until proven otherwise...the congressional subpoena would not interfere nor delay the cases going forward if Willis and/or Wade just step aside? - while there are several reasons for subpoena such as financial, the subpoena in part is political with the goal to delay the election cases in Georgia and to make sure that Willis is no longer prosecutor? - If the congressional committee wants financial records regarding how money was spent by the DA's office that comes from the GA committee, the OFC and the Division Operations not from Willis or Wade per se? Subpoena the records? If billable hours are in question, it is not uncommon for Lawyers to work 80 hours a week on a single case at times especially if it's a contracted firm. Lawyers make between $150K TO $500K in the state of Georgia - average hourly rate is $250. Didn't Fulton county commissioners give the money to Fulton county and then, the Division Operations appropriates funds and does the accounting? Why wouldn't they know how funds were used? If any money was actually misused, why wasnt it brought before the committee long before now?
