The Georgia Bar must be exceptionally easy to pass

Ask around about people who have taken the bar recently or anybody who knows about it, I've been hearing that it's gotten much much easier

The judge is giving a lot of lee- way in allowing Counsel to ask repetitive questions on exactly the same issue of a time- line of when a relationship may have started. This was after clear responses made it crystal clear that the witness did not know nor should he remember when he may have heard a relationship may have commenced. All this begs the question of what a relationship is comprised of including whether it may have been a one- night stand or hook- up of relatively short duration. When such goes to becomes a relationship' is a big question that is not easy to say even for the parties.
