The whistle blower did sue and lost her case in court. This is old recycled news for clickhate. They are leaving out those important details to get clicks from those of looking for justification for your hate.
Whistleblowers are not protected at all. They documented stuff against her to make her look bad. It happened to me. They did everything they could to make me look incompetent even though months earlier, "You are the best clinician we have". Then, multiple complaints against me after I reported a predator in the health department.
She did. She lost.

This type of corruption will likely end, if the people committing the crimes are properly punished. If they received a lengthy prison sentence of 20 or more years, without parole, and forced to pay restitution, I doubt they would risk committing such crimes.

Is there any other evidence besides this recording, coming from any other source? Just because someone says something is true, only makes it true if some hard evidence other than she said he said. If the whistle blower taped her conversation with Ms Willis, why didn't she tape this corrupt person in the office saying he proposed to misuse funds? Send her back or someone else back, wearing a wire to talk to the corrupt person about his intentions. Otherwise this is nothing but a useless allegation.
