No judge would sit there and allow someone to go off like that on the stand or in the court unless they're paid off or blackmailed. In the history of law no judge has EVER allowed what I saw in that court room which makes that presiding judge extremely suss.

Fannie messed up. If you ever go on a cruise, you cannot use cash. You have a cabin key card that you use to purchase everything gifys, drinks and even ecscursions off the ship. Wade registered his own credit card when he purchased the cruise tickets. She wouldn't bring lots of cash off the ship. Fani says Wade is a southern gentleman. A gentleman wouldn't take her cash if she offered it. That is not true. Fani and Wade are lying. This is the only story they can give. Both Wade and Fani are now STUCK. Why would Fani pay up front when you don't know how much your share is? Fani is a reverse racist. Fani messed up by lying in the church on Martin Luther Kings Celebration in a church pulpit. Lying to the members of the church and stoking racism just like Jesse Smollet.

In her fit of anger she blurted out an interesting thing. When asked where she got the cash to reimburse Wade, she said through things like change from the supermarket, and then said leftover money from her campaign. Georgia law prohibits the use of leftover campaign donations for personal use. They can be used for a future campaign, given to a political party or donated to charity, but can't be used for personal use. She incriminated herself during her fit of rage where she was unhinged. They can use her own words to indict her for campaign contribution violations.

This judge just laid down and let her walk all over him and his courtroom. Very disheartening. Fani Willis WAS indeed supposed to take the stand again on Friday. However, the state did not want to recall her, and I guess the defense got what they wanted. Fani BOMBED totally on the stand. The sass, anger and attitude you saw was NOT confidence. It was FEAR and DESPERATION. Nathan Wade sank them both, so Fani decided she HAD TO run in there and testify to clean it up and try to at least save HERSELF. Not even her lawyer knew Fani was gonna testify. She was still arguing the motion to quash her subpoena, and the judge was JUST about to rule on it--when Fani barged in. Her testimony was a train wreck. It went so badly--she didn't wanna come back for ROUND 2.
    1) She was nasty, rude and belligerent--which are all clear indicators of someone lying. She thought her "outrage" would convince viewers and the judge she wastelling the truth. NOT.
    2) Fani admittedshe had "watched" arguments that morning. This means she knew the evidence to be argued, and also watched testimony. This is a clear violation of the "rulesof sequestration". A witness in acase is PROHIBITED from listening to/watchign testimony OR discussing the case or evidence. This violation is enough to nullify her entire testimony. Guaranteee 1000% defense lawyers argue this in summation. FYI, her father CLEARLY admitted as well that HE had listened and watched--and that he had been coached--AND that Fani was present when he was coached just prior to his testimony.
    3) Fani admitted to a felony on the stand. When trying to lie about how she reimbursed Wade in cash, she tried to explain how she kept alot of cashin her house. She said, "When Ihad one of my campaigns, I kept cash from that". That is a campaign finance violation--and it is a felony. She si ALREADY under investigation. The other side will pounce on this and dig even deeper. FYI, they already found she engaged in smurfing, which is also a felony regarding campaign finances.
The number of lies Fani Willis told are too many to count. She should be toast.

A different judge may have made her behave, but this one just let her run her mouth so that the whole viewing world could see how she behaved when asked to answer for her corruption. If this had not been viewed, some would, possibly, feel for Fani. Now that isn't possible, we all saw what we saw.

To all those accusing the judge of being on Willis' side, you might want to consider another possibility. Perhaps the judge had already heard enough to have a good idea how he would eventually rule. If so, allowing her such freedom accomplished two things. It allowed Willis to dig her hole deeper, and it prevents her from coming back later, with accusations that she was muzzled and unable to present her side.
    I can't read the judge's mind, but that doesn't seem too far-fetched.
