There’s a bigger picture here that no one wants to discuss.
If you allow mass migration from troubled countries, the young able bodied people that can flee will, leaving behind those that can not.
In other words, if you facilitate the demise of a country, you perpetuate the cycle of asylum seekers.

It's real simple: a majority of Americans do not want more billions to go to Ukraine and Israel. A majority of Americans want a bill to address the immigration crisis. If Congress did its job, which is to represent the American people, we'd have a clean bill. Periodt.
Americans get only about $7.00 a day for food , on snap. I’m on disability and get $1000. A mo. Snap will give me $29. A mo. How do I pay rent and eat with this plan?
If you are homeless in my State they won’t give you any food benefits since you don’t have a kitchen. Do all those illegals have access to refrigerators and stoves?
RFK JR is really talking common sense. It's sad to see that so many other Democrats don't feel this way. Border security should be a top priority. But, it appears that the only Democrats that have been really outspoken on this issue are RFK and Tulsi Gabbard. Something needs to be done though and now

At least I can agree with Bri, and against Rob on one part. That poor Americans who were born without inheriting their grandparent's wealth, deserve the ability to raise a family without needing to take 2-3 jobs because of inflation.
The problem is that the labor jobs are paying less because the working class Americans are getting more easily replaceable with illegal migrants who'll take less paycheck. Especially if you see the recent ones from India and China who doesn't look ragged at all, they might devalue office jobs as well.

I like him too, but he’s a DNA Democrat when the campaign gloves come off. If people think voting for Trump is rogue, RFK could be much scarier. Or if you worry about international politics with Trump, especially after he lost the term in between….think (seriously) of how truly insane rulers in other countries would view RFK Jr.

I do not really know what RFK is made of. There are very few these days as anointed as his Uncle and Father were. None - not one - of the Kennedy 2.0 generation has accomplished anything. The most charismatic (albeit flaky) of them went down in a plane. RFK Jr. (imo) would be the next possible warrior, but this issue is not about courtroom battles. This would be entirely something else. IDK……

I don't think most people know much about America's legal immigrants system.
People that have received citizenship get a Social Security number just like everybody else that's born here. They pay taxes and have every benefit that Americans do except they cannot run for president or vice president. If they have children here before receiving their citizenship they are called anchor babies and are not qualified to run for president either.
People who apply for citizenship have to go through a background check and pass a citizenship test.
Frankly most of these people know much more about our country than the people that are born here.
Personally I think to graduate high school you should have to pass the citizenship test.

I wonder if we stopped our involvement in wars in foreign countries such as in Ukraine and in the Mid East if the millions of illegal immigrants crossing our border would stop. I would recommend watching “midnight at the border” and the follow up. According to the border patrol agents, they don’t need more money, they need a policy that keeps people on the other side of the border until their case can be reviewed. Not sure why the binary choice of spend more money or not, being presented as the only 2 options…?

You don't need to DEPORT anyone. Just don't let them leave and slap FINES on them of 40k each. They are free to stay, work, and live but will be required to pay of their fine. 22 million x 40k = 880 billion dollars, and that helps pay down the US debt. If 50k it is 1 trillion 100 billion toward paying down the debt. I say don't deport, Fine 50k each. Allow (force) them to work.
