Yes, judge was gutless. He couldn’t even criticize willis to her face, but had to admonish the whole court whenever she ranted. He’s a corrupt fraud.

McAfee failed lady justice and put his own interest, re-election, ahead of the correct decision, which would have been to remove both from the case.
But this screwy decision can only harm his reelection chances. He should have called out the perjury and contempt of court as it happened. Instead he was cowed by willis, and appeared weak.

1) contempt of court
2) perjury
3) using campaign funds…
4) hiding those cash funds
5) avoiding taxes
6) threatening a party in a divorce case (wade’s wife)

Hopefully this judge doesn’t make reelection. His decision was politically based. Both prosecutors lied under oath no matter what their relationship was. They committed perjury and for that alone she too should have been disqualified.

i had a judge come on my sisters case out of nowhere and dismiss the claim against the company that owned the apartment building which she died by being burnt to death in the fire. The owners lawyers hide evidence and then a new young judge took over the case after being in court 5 yrs and denied us the jury trial we were entitled and denied the motion of appeal.
She had no right but as many judges do what they want . This judge didn’t hear my side only the owners manager and then she dismissed the case that we had.

this was a 6 million dollar case but the judge probably got that money
My family has had to endure her death the pain of it and my ministry took on all the expenses that came to over $100,000
and the ins company had been paid to take care of the expenses of any deaths but instead of the insurance doing what was right n the judge they cause me more harm and pain. Sad the unlawful treatment that’s handled every day in our court rooms. I pray for justice for all of us who have suffered through and from those who lie and mistreat those who are victims in the court room

Judge carved ‘the baby’ up. This was no ‘solomonesque’ verdict; he split the baby down the middle. He outright ignored willis’ contempt of court and perjury.
