My take on it exactly, Andrew. I'm two days late in watching the clip, I'm afraid. Despite the polls, Trump is getting information from somewhere, perhaps analyzing the 15-20% Haley was still getting in the primaries (except in WV). But whoever gave him the advice that he needed to find 3% more of the popular vote somewhere, forgot to tell him that this was not the way to do it.
