Last Sunday I had the privilege to both preach and sing. I opened with Psalm 98:5,6 "Sung unto the Lord with the harp; with the harp, and the voice of a Psalm, with trumpets and sound of cornet make a joyful noise before the Lord, the King." Imagine what a blessing it was today when I tuned into the string-along and saw two "harps" and a trumpet! PTL
Amen! Good confirmation!
Such a blessing to see and hear you 3 men of God sharing your wonderful God-given talents. There are many of us all the way up here in southern Maine who appreciate what you're doing and the message you're spreading through your singing and playing. We pray you continue for many years to come. Vaya con dios.
Another great service and video. These men are great entertainers and true Christians. I truly like their music. God bless all of you. Thank you so much for sharing your time and video for this channel.
I understand Lorenzo. There's a whole lot of us who wish we could meet Doyle. And to play guitar with him must be close to heaven.
The Pleasure was mine for sure
Thank you all for the beautiful music!
Thank you too!
Doyle : What a beautiful string a long. It's great to hear your guitar with these fine musicians. To hear a trumpet along with your excellent guitar is a blessing. Thank you Doyle.
So much fun! These guys are really great!
Doyle Dykes ... Yet ANOTHER fine guitarist from Jacksonville, Florida.
Thanks for that
This has been a wonderful string a long to see some of your friends that you have met in the church. Really enjoyed the music that all of You done together.
It's wonderful how God works in our lives! God is blessing you and your ministries!
This string along brought back some memories. I visited San Antonio in 1982 with a group from my church in the UK. We visited several churches including one in the Corpus Christi area where I taught some worship songs. During that trip we also visited Laredo and crossed the border to Nuevo Laredo, my first visit to Mexico. We also visited the very famous Kings Inn for amazing seafood!
I met my first wife during that trip.
Just before COVID-19, I was working in Tampa and got sick. I ended up spending several days in hospital and couldn’t travel home to Switzerland with my colleagues. Fortunately, I was able to fly home one day before the lockdown was announced in Switzerland. A couple of days later, I would have been stuck in Tampa for several months…Of course there are worse places to be stuck but it was important for me to get home!
That was great seeing you in Laredo with fellow saints, not because of what they did, but because of the work of Jesus Christ. Robert and Sam are both from my hometown and birthplace, Kingsville, TX. I went from grade school all the way through college at Texas A&I playing the trombone along the way. Bobby and I may have played in the A&I jazz band together. Very cool, and very blessed by the Sunday String-Along in Laredo!!
See you at CAAS!
Bill B.
It was a wonderful experience
Perfect moment: God, friends, brothers and music
Excellent! God and music bring people together, and when combined, there is nothing like it. Thanks guys!
Thanks so much for bringing this into our home again Doyle. God Bless.

Lovely praise music.
I love this song, What a friend we have in Jesus. Thank you, guys. Praise God ❤
Great group. God is good. That’s the first time I have seen you play the lead part only. You usually play all the parts - bass, rhythm, and lead. Great testimonies today. You encourage me weekly. Thank you!!!!!

Am hoping You can get together with Briley, " At the bench with Briley " (RUclips ) and do a Sunday String-Along when You are in Myrtle Beach in September. Loved hearing the trumpet today. I used to play it in High School many years ago.
Good stuff, y'all!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Beautiful
Thank you
Nice
God Bless...
Gacias hermano Doyle. Muy bueno.
I discovered you because of your visit to Alamo Music while with Taylor. You made a huge impression on a young (at the time) employee who now manages the place and is a worship leader in his church. 😂spoke of his experience and I sought you out. I have not been disappointed!
That’s a blessing to me!
Beautiful Sunday String Along!! I enjoyed it immensely!!
Many thanks!
Great Job 👏 I Love It.
Thank you! 😊
ÓRALE!
Orale Vato!😊
Doyle, that was great backup guitar!
Thanks pal!
I always love hearing you, but today I had trouble with this sound. I'm going to pray for a sound technician for you. You are too good to not be heard!
I've had the same concern about Doyle's shows. It's such a shame that it's so difficult to hear his voice and often even his guitar while other podcasters don't have this problem. Hopefully Doyle will get the assistance of a good sound engineer.
Great String-along today. I’m not Hispanic, but God has put those people on my heart, to the point of asking God in prayer about doing mission work in Guatemala. Seeing the Spanish influence of your sing-along, and the prayer in Spanish was moving to me. I do follow Christian musicians, and found a Guatemalan man who is making a mark for the Lord with his music. I hope I can share a sample with you and your Hispanic friends as well as others (I am Polish descent). Music is the path to the soul - Doyle, you have blazed a trail for Christ with your music as well. My family never misses a string-along along! God bless!
