    I have chronic insomnia.
    I’ve tried every food that has been recommended. Sleeping pills work for a few days. I’ve literally tried everything.
    I’ll be awake literally for days and then I’ll only sleep for a few hours.

    Very informative. Millions out there suffering with insomnia. I happen to be one of that millions. Without any guilt I am going to eat some rice tonight. Gradually add rest of the goodies for the remainder of the week & feeling positive already.

    Not sure about this, but all recommended is high in sugar which will made it more dangerous to health for nutritions stand point
