I really appreciate that you shared your experience. But, I think, it is still not a solution. I mean, if you don't have money and only a skill to offer in exchange then again your time is going there on a less important and yet an unrelatable work to your vision for your business, which is ultimately reducing your focus, making you distracted, from every aspect so as to grow your dream business. You can counter me on this, if you really have a legit and effective realistic answer.
I'm in a similar spot with my business. I'm burnout from trying to do everything by myself. Looking to bring on some help if anyone here is experienced with administrative work, sales & marketing, video editing.
