Teslacam Stories is a series of Tesla owners real experiences told by the Tesla Dashcam and Sentry Mode videos. All incidents are recorded from Tesla vehicles and submitted to this channel by other Tesla enthusiast. I contact each person who send me their videos to talk with them and learn more about their story and to follow up what happened after what we see on their video. Voice over and captions are added to describe what happened, and why. I believe that this additional information regarding the incident gives the videos a newsworthy value.
From the footage and additional information, a viewer can learn the consequences of bad driving and can educate his/her self with better driving safety. This process also gives the videos a great educational value. It is my desire to add my own unique and creative value in a transformative way to ensure you enjoy and learn from the videos being presented.

Lol ik once I took a 2020 Sonata to a party and there were all these drunk people leaning on it. So I put my hand in my pocket and turned on the alarm then I turned on the car with the key and it freaked them out

Those kids are trying to get the driver to honk. They probably do it to any vehicle that goes by while they are playing in the street. My friends and I used to do that as a kid.

Yeah well she leaves it pointing at the parking lot like a dumb ass, so, it just needs a bit of wind.
The other day I parked in a remote part of the Safeway parking lot so no other cars would be next to me. When I came out 10 minutes later there was a young lady sitting in her car parked about a foot away from my car. I could barely open my driver's side door to get in. I just don't understand some people. Next time I'll park on Mars.
Same thing has happened to me many times, the last time was at a Longhorn's Steak House restaurant. I couldn't get between my car and the truck that parked next to me. I had to go inside and ask who owned the truck. He was a grown man with two other grown people with him but when he went to move his truck he cussed me out for like several minutes, and I still don't know why since it was his fault.

So much hate against Tesla. This makes me want to get a Tesla even more.
I don't get that. First time I saw a tesla I remember where it was. Seems to me I was blowing by it at 75-80 MPH in my Caddy keeping up with traffic. I thought - Damn, that's a Tesla! By that time I was down the road. Came across the same car I think the next day about the same spot on the highway. I was much slower and checked it out. After this covid crap, I don't seem to see them much. It was like seeing a Ferrari or Lambo.
I really don't get vandalizing or even touching it. They need to teach ethics and such in schools again.

Anyone else get more worried about their sentry mode than feel good about the security? 😂 I’ve had one girl flip off my car, multiple dudes look back like they are all tough, and it honestly makes me worried it’s just going to get keyed or damaged.

Holy crap, there are actually some wholesome moments about people just dancing in front of the Teslas, which shows that all the clips luckily aren't just assholes using kerosene to blow up a Tesla or setting nail traps all over the ground under said Tesla or intentionally trying to PITT a Tesla off a bridge because "TeSlA bAd"

12:00 you made it sound like the woman pushed the cart at the car. She left it at the corral and it started rolling. The thig didn't start moving until she was 20+ feet away.
You may have missed the sarcasm for that entire clip, he hyperbolized the event to make it more entertaining. He had no intention of, and did not, warp the truth.
Also she did not place the cart inside the bay, she just left it there for the wind to catch.

I love these videos! There was one time where I had accidentally set off sentry mode on a Tesla Model 3. Stopped at the mall and parked next to a Tesla. Got out the car, and triggered Sentry mode. I had no idea until I had looked and the screen on the dashboard. I thought it was a cool experience for me, since I one day hope to own a Tesla myself.
My dad said, "Why did he waist vodka! Thats expensive!"

Just to inform you, you really should pay attention with clips from Germany regarding privacy laws. Normally every license plate number and face must be blurred if the persons don’t say they agree with being shown.
das ist voll dumm wenn man in die Öffentlichkeit geht muss man damit rechnen gefilmt zu werden und die Nummernschilder kann da auch jeder lesen. Ohne diese Reglung hätte ich auch schon ein paar clips zum Einsenden

It would be helpfully if “Wham Baam Teslacam” would blurred this (I know this is a lot of work). Because there is right now a discussion in Germany to forbid the sentryMode and filming when you drive. :(
And this doesn’t help. The German law says that it can cost you up to 200.000,00 €.
Is there an aftermath to towing story or is the Tesla owner at fault for having his car towed?
Towing companies are usually humongous dicks so i doubt tesla owner got repaid
@@Anthony-fo8no which is why I’d go out of my way to make them pay every single penny, so paint and a new front drive unit, since they appeared to have towed it with the front wheels in the ground. Sue them for everything.

There's a guy in our area who bought a Bentley. He had to quit driving it because every time he parked, people would spit on his car. BTW, there's a video explaining the fire hazard of Tesla's that are damaged in accidents and the hours it takes to put the fire out. One kept re-igniting.

I just got my three Teslas. I think I am going to want to install some sound effects to scare off vandals. Make it sound like a person is in the car. Also, I should be able to see on my phone in real-time when someone is up to shenanigans near my cars and yell at them. Like a ring doorbell. We need external speakers on the car.
Most of the Teslas made after 2019 have external speakers AFAIK. Boombox feature was recently (like a few days ago) disabled OTA because it could potentially cancel out the mandatory pedestrian warning signal though.

Tesla and Volvo are buddies since they always have 1 goal: Maximum safety. When I was small, me, my brother and my dad got into a car crash in my dad's Volvo XC90, miraculously no on was harmed too seriously. Few weeks later, my dad said, "You wait and see, one day, The world will have one of the safest cars" [which is Tesla] Few years later. He bought a Tesla and instead of selling the Volvo, he gave it to his friend who has bee longing to have a Volvo, and he couldn't thank my dad more. Now he works at Tesla as a side job while the full-time job is at Volvo.

3:53 It seems that he parked right on one of the white lines and then blamed his poor parking on the tesla. For some reason people who can't be bothered to park properly tend to get annoyed at people who manage to park next to them, somehow thinking it's the other person who can't park. It doesn't make any sense but for some reason it's a surprisingly common phenomenon.

Fun fact its not legal for teslacams to film in Denmark. § 1private individuals may not carry out television surveillance of a street, road, square or similar area used for general traffic. Therefore Sentry mode is not allowed in Denmark.
