Teslacam Stories is a series of Tesla owners real experiences told by the Tesla Dashcam and Sentry Mode videos. All incidents are recorded from Tesla vehicles and submitted to this channel by other Tesla enthusiast. I contact each person who send me their videos to talk with them and learn more about their story and to follow up what happened after what we see on their video. Voice over and captions are added to describe what happened, and why. I believe that this additional information regarding the incident gives the videos a newsworthy value.
From the footage and additional information, a viewer can learn the consequences of bad driving and can educate his/her self with better driving safety. This process also gives the videos a great educational value. It is my desire to add my own unique and creative value in a transformative way to ensure you enjoy and learn from the videos being presented.

What I’ve learned from these videos are to never leave things in your car, even if it’s trash. I hope when I start driving I remember to always take everything with me even if I’m late.

@@Tevon93 As we saw from the video he was fine. I would never wish for someone to get hurt. Or have you never seen "America Funniest Video" where everyone laughing at everyone someone's mishap. As long as they're ok. If someone has gotten hurt then yes it's not so funny. That's the reality of life.

13:33 And that's why you walk/run on the other side of the road. So you can see oncoming traffic and make eye contact (well, when you aren't blinded by headlights). In Germany you learn this alongside how to correctly cross the road. I hope she will take the other side of the street in the future and stay a little safer.

insurance policies typically have it so if you're in a crash you pay a small fee then the case moves on, I think its only for your first crash tho
That's what I'm saying. I would not be paying any deductible at all. If it was insisted upon then that Ram driver would be in small claims court giving me that $1000
I'm guessing the Ram driver had no insurance or was under insured.
In America, insurance companies do not pay for everything at first. You have to negotiate with them if you want more but most people choose to settle and get the process over with. Sometimes the remaining cost isn't worth the hassle of dealing with insurance companies.

The first clip, I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: a turning car must always yield to oncoming traffic, regardless of any signals or signage! Getting caught at a red light for an extra minute will not make you late. TAKE. YOUR. TIME.

I hear ya was thinking the same line then I remembered 20plus years ago a friends husband wreaked his brand new car in less than 2 weeks. Apparently per the insurance agents a good many accidents happen in the 1st 30 days of owning a new car! Folks are accustomed to driving something else, so lots of distractions, field of vision etc.
14:44 I work at a grocery store, and that happens from time to time (usually on windy days, or on inclines). The cart blows out the cart stop, and usually rolls until it either hits something, hits the little bush island, or when a cart collector comes running for it.
Yep. I used to work at a grocery store many years ago, and shopping carts are a great source of drama, customers fighting over them, using them as weapons and so much more...🤪👍
I have almost been a victim of the ghost shopping cart! Saw this video not a day before when I saw the cart coming at me and I got out to stop it haha! And I got it on cam! So gonna share it!

10:45 the "high wheeled Bicycle" is actually a Penny Farthing, named after currency in use in the UK at the time, a Farthing being worth (and sized) a quarter of a Penny. These were the immediate predecessor to the "Safety Bicycle" which were pretty much identical to what we ride to this day.

YOU can get a decal outline for the bullet holes. We have a custom truck builder called 'the Grizzly" and he puts them in all his trucks.

Who are all these people with crappy insurances? You did nothing wrong, but have to pay a $1000 deductible? Nah, I wouldn't have agreed to those terms. I'd look for a better insurance provider. You shouldn't have to pay anything if it wasn't your fault.
Love the video! I drive a HUGE F350 4x4 Crew Cab 7.3L Diesel truck that I love. I have to make "A" mend to it from time to time, as all vehicles need repairs over time. Fortunately I don't have to drive it very often as I have a 2014 Murano that I love to drive and tinker with. Best Wishes & Blessings. Keith Noneya
