Lalaloopsy is the best doll line. I do watch the Nick Jr version of Lalaloopsy, I love all of Lalaloopsy. It has a great doll line and great TV shows and movies! So sad to see my favourite childhood going downhill. (What was so funny about it though is that Lalaloopsy: Band Together And Trolls: Band Together did have like the same name, but the toy line's name is different, you know what, I did watch both of these movies, I don't why I bring Trolls to discuss this. I just noticed they just have the Band Together.) :(
always loved lalaloopsy so much. def the biggest franchise in my childhood. Ever since I was 3, I would get on my dad's laptop in the morning just to play lalaloopsy 3d land on the (now defunct) old lalaloopsy website. Every day I pre-k I would go to my mom's friend's house after school to watch the all new lalaloopsy show on nick Jr. I remember I always really wanted coral seashells and I would watch internet videos of other kids who had her. I saved an entire jar full of coins that I thought would be enough to buy her. Sadly we went to the bank to cash the coins but it was only 1$ :(
this is so nostalgic to me 🥺 me and my friends loved playing with the minis and i also had a few of the dolls (esp. the tinies)💓 i loved that the littles were younger sisters of the characters because i have an older sister (who still was in the target age range kinda) so she could get the older sister and i would get the tiny in the double-feature sorta packs❤both me and my sister loved them so much i remember how excited i was the first time we saved up money to get them🥺 we even made up an original character which my sister drew and made one of those birth certificate-y things? that came with the dolls and i thought it was soo cool and amazing because we designed it ourselves (also bc my sister is really good at drawing so she was able to replicate the art style pretty well haha) this video made me remember that oc idk if i still have a pic of it😭
I absolutely agree with you on the fashion & makeup ideas! I think Flower Knows would be a fantastic detail-oriented makeup brand to collab with, as the packaging could be phenomenal! Also, I think Irregular Choice could make awesome Loopsy-inspired shoes for each of the classic dolls. Loungefly could also do super cute button-shaped bags, backpacks, jackets, socks, jewelry etc. that could incorporate really well into teen/adult Lolita wardrobes. They had their target audience right there and just totally missed every opportunity lmao I'm not crying you're crying
And lalaloosy their baby versions are super cute I would hope some more lalaloosys come out of 2023 because me as a teenager was glad a new generation of kids would experience them as toys of RUclips same with other toys brands from my childhood I still care about and love
Lalaloospy was awesome and still is my sister used to line and the dolls are still in our house I think about them still my favorite lalaoospy’s have been spot and stormy
When I was younger, I loved Lalaloopsy toys. I basically had every single variety of Lalaloopsy there was and I loved the original tv show. It sucks how people just forget about Lalaloopsy dolls like so many other toys.
This brand has always been a big part of my child hood. When I was a kid my mom said I didn’t know what they were called so at the store I said “I want candy pop girls!”
hello!! i absolutely adore this video and i can see how much effort (research, editing, reaching out to the reddit doll community!) was put into this! it's so interesting how we're the same age (or at least i think, turning 18 this year) and have a lot of the same interests, both childhood and now. i loved squinkies, always chewed on them lmfao... did you ever play the build-a-bear and american girl virtual worlds (bearville, innerstar university)? i feel like those are less talked about when revisiting virtual worlds, just like how lalaloopsy is with dolls. i've been on a doll nostalgia trip for years now, but i've only now started doing a deep dive, such as watching youtube videos, with the most recent monster high reboot. i'm still not too sure about doll collecting again though, i don't know how to feel with putting money towards dolls now that i'm older lol. regarding lalaloopsy specifically, i can't remember if i appreciated the fashion of dolls when i was younger, but i definitely had a love for fashion back then. i think subconsciously i was always drawn to creative doll designs. another thing design-wise was that younger me loved dolls that didn't have the light peach skin tone as i don't have that, so it's sad to me that they white-washed one of them in the girls line :(. i also didn't have that much creativity as a kid lmfao, so i loved how each doll has their own mini-story. now that i'm looking back on them, i love the styling choices of each doll, and i love looking at the newer dolls' styling that i missed out on from growing out of them. the professional photos they did for the dolls are so good, and it's one of the reasons why i'm watching this video. i was looking through my camera roll and for some reason i had "Rosebud Longstem"'s photo saved (i think it was from twitter). the surrealism aspect of having real flowers for clouds, as well as having them on the plush trees that have paper trunks, that also has buttons...so good!! i think the girls line definitely had a huge chance if they were marketed towards an older audience. from what i see, they're really cute. i also agree on the collecting potential for some of the other lines!! collecting is def a thing nowadays, the ponies and animals are so cute. so sorry for the ramble and repeating the same words over and over again, i'm writing this very sleep deprived. but once again, fantastic video!! my main thing with getting back into dolls again is using them for fashion inspo lol. ur look at the end was so cute, ur hair and makeup is adorable!!
This was really fun to watch!! I love your appreciation if the brand's cute fun and silly aesthetics and its clearly you totally want lalaloopsy to get a fun fandom, and i agree they totally deserve it❤
I adored lalaloopsies growing up and I got back into them when I started collecting dolls!!! I used to go on the website all the time but my poor computer couldn’t handle the 3D world so I just sat there watching the commercials and birthday videos over and over lol. They have such a unique concept paired with an endearing aesthetic and cute character designs and I want to collect them all!!!!!!! I’m so sad we only got a classics reproduction for the brand’s 10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY (holy crap I’m old) and I wish we had gotten more from MGA. It makes me so happy to see ppl talk abt lalaloopsy online, at least some of us haven’t forgotten this gem of a doll brand ;_; (OMG I REMEMBER SQUINKIES!!! I was absolutely obsessed w them in elementary school I’m so sad I lost them all ;-; except like one of the super tiny squinkies still in its capsule :o)
I literally broke my mums computer trying to play the laggy 3D fame as a kid LOL! I loved watching the commercials too - and same I think they shouldv'e done way more for the 10 year reproduction! Like we got nothing TT! FINALLY SOMEONE REMEMBERS SQUINKIES!!! tysm for commenting! + I love your ninjago pfp :D
Im trying to find my lalaloopsy dolls I had the 3 boys I was only allowed to have the boys but I was able to get the mini’s 💗 but sadly I think my parents threw all my lalaloopsy out and I’ve been crying all day cause I want my dolls again I hope they remake the boys again so I can buy them 🥺 Me personally I love Lalaloopsy, Mini lalaloopsy, little sister, and Lala-Oopsies. I found that the other ones were weird to me/ not for me
13:55 i kinda disagree bcuz im 10 yrs old and one time i brought my lalaloopsy doll to school and all the girls thought it was adorable and some of the grade 9s and 10s saw it too and thought it was cute and my mom loves them too and says that she might get some for herself also i think this deserved wayy more than 2.5k views and i am subscribing now :)
The tinies were my childhood lol So were tsum tsums but were focusing on the loops RN I had like 3 big dolls and like thaosands of the tinies but now I only know where one time is and I still have all the big ones I had two of the little siblings too, matey anchor and a mermaid one that I can't really remember much about bc my brother broke her head off and my dad didn't care to superglue it back on
Omg, just realized that Pix E flutters was one of my dream ones too and like I can never see her with the shorter hair bc I got the long yarn haired one and always thought she just had a really high ponytail and that the toy makers thought it would hurt kids if her ponytail was hard-
Thank you for watching! I love the tinies! I wish I got more T-T tsums tsums are so cute i had a huge phase with those :P One of my lalaloopsies broke too, I don't know where she is now lol!
i just bought a big version of furry grrs a lot and i wish i could’ve gotten the mini but the big one is actually furry anyway!!! i’m so excited and i’m so glad tiktok hasn’t gotten their hands on these dolls. i can still buy rare ones for decent prices unlike lps! i will never get that collection back esp now 😅
I still have so much lalaloopsy dolls in box because I used to collect them and now they’re in storage hidden because they’re too big to display in box lol
I collect lalaloopsy dolls and I'm into Harajuku fashion Lolita style. I have bright pink hair and I basically look like a lalaloopsy doll in real life my whole entire room is full of just Anime and Sanrio things Kawaii things per say, and more than any other doll that's ever been created in the world I had a strong attraction to collecting lalaloopsy dolls 🍬🍭🧁 I agree with you they are super kawaii and they just seem to fit with a harajuku look they totally look harajuku Lolita like sugar crumb and then there's other ones like mint stripes that are just so bright with her buttons and little hair things that they look so Harajuku decora. I really don't think that these dolls are given enough credit I hear what you're saying that MGA is giving more attention to their other doll lines but I think that they're very foolish because honestly lalaloopsy dolls are the best doll's they ever created . I really think that a spin-off of a Coraline lalaloopsy would be absolutely amazing not only that but I think they should make a actual Harajuku lalaloopsy doll line I think that that's what they need to get this line to rise to the top again and honestly I know that the fans will go crazy and MGA will wake up to how amazing these dolls really are.... honestly I don't like any of the Dolls MGA has made except for lalaloopsy I think lalaloopsy is the best thing that ever happened to them they're blind and they need to open their eyes to what they have lalaloopsy is their best seller they need to appreciate lalaloopsy dolls more and give them more attention and enhance the line more with new ideas. I have been collecting dolls for all my life I'm an adult but I still collect dolls so I have shelves lined with anime and then I have Sanrio and then on the other side of my room is my dolls and honestly of every single doll I've ever collected in my life no doll has ever touched my heart like lalaloopsy. ✌️🍓🍎🍒 Best dolls ever.
Yes lalaloosy and my little pony I love my little pony every generation g1 g2 g3 g3.5 g4.5 g5 g3.5 and g4 I remember as a kid g4 was the longest with g3 and g1 also g3.5 and g4.5 was the shortest g3.5 newborn cuties got two episodes so many different ways to play and over two rainbows btw I have play lists of my little pony every generation most of them aren’t finished but g3 and g3.5 are
