My project is almost done too i have the super charger mounted and now stuck on doing belts an coolant hoses and vaccume lines. the truck wont stay ideling on its own i think it cuz it needs a SC tune right now i have the MPT 93 tune inside there. anyways keep your head up and relly look foward to the truck content and inspiration.

Hey man depending on what your planning on doing I’m gonna make a couple extra intakes for some people that want them, I’m on the 5.4 3v Facebook performance group and I have 2 posts of there about the intake, I’m probably gonna be selling them for a decent price plus maybe however much to have them coated if the customer wants it
Also be very careful running the truck with the stock tune and if you have the stock 24lb injectors. I have some base roush SC 38 lb injectors if you need a set not sure what your fuel system is. You will lean out up top due to the SD maf being off from actual. Also noticed you have comp cams you will hit valves if you don’t adjust the vct system or delete it. Base fuel pressure in the OE calibration is 39.15 to 40.02 psi using the rail sensor and FPDM I know you have a return fuel system set it to 40 psi base and if it’s vacuum referenced it will had a lb of fuel per pound of boost as you increase load.
Does the truck have any calibration work done yet? What size injectors and brand are you running? What is the fuel system return and are you running the stock pump with the FPDM or is it deleted? Wanna help so it last along time so if you need a hand with the tune let me know.

How many hp or lbs of boost are you rocking in that thing ? Did you do forged internals on the bottom end ?
