Sacchai ye h ki Hum insan sab milke ek dusre ki mental health kharab karte hain we judge,label nd criticise each other.....all are victims and all are preys..har insan khudko defend krne k liye internally ek instinct rakhta h krta h ab bhale vo silent raheke chalaki se kare yaa sharmin ki tarah bol bol ke kare ...ab jo external reaction deta h vo aur judgements ka shikar banta chala jata h it's better to be silent....all have feeling of defending themselves when being judged or criticized coz that's human nature...everyone feels right from their own perception but lacks empathy for others perception....no one is raam here we all are combination of ram and ravan...duniya hai zyada dhyan mat do......all we need is mental peace so stop criticizing and judging each other because people are defensive thats what make them human.
