    HOW-TO Run this Sports Training Drill:
    Get into a low plank position with feet on the Slidez.
    Using your shoulders drive your elbows forward into the ground sliding your body back.
    Only go as far as you can while maintaining a straight body position.
    Pull your body back to start position and repeat for reps.
