Another decent repair, you must have a history of panel beating in a past life as it looks like this isn't your first rodeo.
The reason the step goes there is water ingress from mirror seals fail or windscreen seals on Transit Mk6 Mk7.
Plus there is foam fillers that hold water and rot out the arches just did mine last year

We can't all afford a 2 grand welder.
you don't need one i have 3 welders and none is near 2 grand, and i can weld virtually anything, its down to the skill of the operator and knowing his machine
I know you don't need one. It was a response to "get yourself one" in the video. I use a box of matches and an old nail. Works a treat. Just the skill of the operator.
