Hi Hektor, Do you have any good subcontractors (reasonable price) for grading, and foundation? I have a small ADU project in Torrance and the City requires to cut and fill 4 feet deep and compact it before footing.
Would happen to know the process for unpermitted ADU already built ? From my research 50% in California are unpermitted . With the recent change in laws .
