    Best tutorial on the Pull Over that I have seen. Excellent sketch out of the 2 variants of the excercise.

    I have more questions 😂
    You said that You train with weight, Do You think that weight training helps in calisthenic? I train a Calisthenics 4 months and I dont know, what will be better for Me. Focus only on Calisthenics or do Calisthenics and weight training like You. Im 16 years old. What will be better for beginner? My goal is to get lots of strenght to do in fhe future for example Frontlever💜

      well if your goal is to get stronger and learn a skill like the front lever you should focus more on calisthenics. But i would recommend going gym once or twice a week also because its a different training stimulus and 5x5 heavy compound exercises will help get you stronger as well so bench, squat and dead lift for example. My usual routine is Monday - legs, Tuesday - pull calisthenics day, Wednesday - push cali, Thursday - rest, Friday - Gym (either focus on one muscle group of my choice or do heavy 5x5 compound exercises like squat, bench, dead lift) Sat - rest, Sun - Push & Pull Cali. You could also do 2 weeks cali and 1 week gym. Just keep switching it up so ur body doesn't get used to the same routine. Hope this helps bro

      @AbnormalBeings  8 лет назад +1

      yes a 24/7 one costs me £20 a month. Used to be a fitness coach at a gym so had free gym for a while

    • @breezefor5966
      @breezefor5966 8 лет назад +2

      Yeah ok that actally really cheap:D i ve to pay about90€for my gym (70£) i do cali and weighted cali and get good results so i dont need a gym right now:) mabye one day for legs ...Video idea: weighted cali leg routine just 3 to 4 exercices that are in your oppinion the best

      That it What I needed! I can train only 3 times in a week, coz school You know. Maybe Once a week I should go on the gym and do full body with weights and twice a week full Calisthenics?

    0:15 did you just compare a muscle up to an l sit?

    • @AbnormalBeings
      @AbnormalBeings  4 года назад

      Ace of Sp4des if you listen closely I say “I first learnt this alongside the muscle and L-sit” no comparison was mentioned
