    It's so fun to see a digital object become real and tangible in our world.
    All these models were printed on one build plate (one print) on my Anycubic mono X. They were hollowed, but they are not fragile. If you dropped them they may break but probably not as the resin I use is very tough.
    They turned out so great Dave!

      How much post processing and supports were used? I didn't see any obvious signs of supports.

    • @mediumaster
      @mediumaster Год назад +4

      @@svuglyduck8595 I have both my resin settings and support settings really well dialed in through trial and error but I use a combination of light medium and heavy supports and then always remove them in a warm water bath after initial IPA cleaning. Then I did do a very tiny amount of sanding with 800 grit

      Thanks so much for the extra info! Also, do you have TikTok? There was another printer I follow I thought was you but just realized it wasn’t haha 😅 want to make sure you get all the correct shout outs 💯💯

      I would really love a tutorial that outlines the workflow step by step from nomad, cleanup and prep of the model file to printing. I was hoping this video would have had that from the title but ...alas

      What do you use to color? Also would like to see them colored if possible ☺️

    It’s not too hard. You just need to transfer the STL over. It can get tricky when your model has no good flat surface to print from. Some intermediate work may need to be done.

    • @EggyBreadWorkshop
      @EggyBreadWorkshop Год назад +4

      Don't need flat surfaces for resin printing. :)

      @@EggyBreadWorkshop True. I was speaking for people with FDM since they might struggle with it.

      You would elivate the print item and use supports to be able to deal with that right?

    • @EggyBreadWorkshop
      @EggyBreadWorkshop Год назад +4

      @@Kaskets3D Correct. Lift it up a little, angle it so your most detailed surface is facing away from the build plate and add your supports

    Hi, I'm really impressed by the 3D print result from Mediumaster (inside of the mouth, teeth or claws). Did you prepare your sculptings before sending them?

    • @drugfreedave
      @drugfreedave  Год назад +2

      I did not, but javin did some things (downsized some of the models) things like that. But no I really didn’t have any idea these would ever be printed or even what’s involved. I’m surprised how well it covered all of that derail as well!! 👍🏾
