Lots of Pulp!! Whole Grapefruit Jelly

It’s so refreshing to eat cold grapefruit jelly on a hot summers day. This jelly is used a whole grapefruit so it’s really fruity and high pulp.
Ingredients (1 serving):
1 grapefruit
80cc White wine
10g Sugar
2g gelatin sheet
( When you use powdered gelatin, soak 2g of powdered gelatin in 30cc of white wine. )
