    Am 81 years old, I eat two eggs everyday, I feel fine, thank God.

    Because I am a Vegan since 2019, I can eat 2 eggs a day but sometimes not everyday. I eat fruits and vegetables, rice, eggs, cheese and milk....no more no less. I don't drink coffee, (I drink tea once in a while and I love dark chocolate about 80% and up), nor any colas or sweet drinks in a can or in a bottle. I refrain using white sugar but honey and brown sugar instead. I don't go to doctors and never in hospitals nor clinic. I am 71 years old. I feel good, thanks be to God. I have a Sabbath Day every Saturday (started 6:00 pm, Friday and ends 6:00 pm Saturday). I am great and healthy. Glory to God, Amen!

    Eggs are the best food you can survive. A complete protein and loaded with vitamins and minerals. Just don’t eat stale eggs. Put an egg in a bowl of water , if it floats, it’s not fresh.

      I’m getting my diabetes under control. Eating FRESH eggs which are soft boiled. I added a capsule of 50,000iu vitamin D3K2 purchased online from Amazon. Did it in three months.
