I just received mine a few days ago. Absolutely love it. I had to put cloud wheels on it for the roads around my area. Made a huge difference much more comfortable and didn't sacrifice much in the way of maneuvers.
@@MADpack I'm in the US (Arkansas) to be exact. Love your honest reviews. The sidewalk here although smooth have big gaps between where they connect, so cloud wheels were essential to go long distance without vibratingy legs to pieces!
I’m sure cloud wheels were a good addiction.. I always found them interesting never try them out because they were selling them to another brand that I didn’t trust and because of that they didn’t wanted for us to work out together.. now that brand is gone… but yeah Would definitely like to test them out
@@MADpack definitely worth trying if you have bumpy roads or separated sidewalk paths. it made a big difference for vibrations and feeling the road. I dont now if i would feel the need for them as much with a belt driven board but it definitely upped the comfort and feel on my hub motor x1 max.
Great first impression video. It is a very nice looking starter board. The design is unlike any other in this area battery and esc enclosed in the board, not separate from it. That is what we should get in a design from such a reputable company. I am glad that Exway delivered on such a basic board. Wow!
A basic that reach 45kph is not so basic :) ahahahah but yeah I get you comparing to brands like lacroix makes sense what you are saying bro. Thank you to see you around in esk8 content :)
Honestly never try it but exway is the “king” of Chinese boards is refine in my opinion but that’s your call I can’t say more because unfortunately I didn’t test it
I have been watching e way videos since 2020 this year I will definitely get 1 since euc getting so expensive. Just need something different not too expensive
I remember when this company hid that it was using subpar batteries from consumers claiming to use batteries which they weren't actually using. That is the reason I wouldn't trust Exway. Marco, I know you are a reviewer making your money on sales commissions but there are far better boards out there for under $1,000, and they are proven too by the esk8 ride groups. I bought a backfire zealot s as a second board after watching and talking to the DCesk8 crew. Stick to EUCs and eScooters, you know them better.
Thats true my friend but remember they also own up to the wave rear trucks not being well made and are sending free trucks to customers. So at least in some ways they are doing a good job
Backfire zealot is also a great option nobody is saying the opposite but I still think that exway makes one of the best esk8 on the market they are reliable and they have after sales support that I’m not sure if backfire is going to give you the same. I know that my knowledge in esk8 is not the same as in EUCs because I got to ride every EUC that comes out and doesn’t happen the same with esk8. Anyway also the under 1000 is just a SEO I even don’t say during all the video that this is the best you can buy Because like I said I don’t ride all esk8 on the market. I ride a good amount (not a long time ago I use to have more than 8 esk8) but that put me in a place that I can completely say this is the best but for my experience riding, slick revolution, boosted board, Leafboard, propel, Raldey, MAXfind, teamgee, boundmotors, evolve and now Exway I really think this is a very good option when you put built quality, what you get and beside that and really important after sales
@@MADpack my first eskate was a backfire Zealot. I have upgraded the esc( to get the standby option of the Zealot S) wheels(Cloudwheel 105’s) and deck(Zealot S Deck) but it is still a very fun board for a beginner.
@@MADpack it was a great starter board, but your skill outgrows that board quickly (hence, all the upgrades) it only leaves you wanting something different, but that isn’t a bad thing. Lol. I have had zero issues with that board. But look at where we are now, the advancements in technology, the boards are getting sooooo much nicer, delivering so much more satisfaction to the rider, the sport and the community.
BUYER BEWARE! Exway telling me batteries are out of stock for X1 Pros Originally quoted me just over $100 USD for a battery but now quoting me $350 USD. Can’t even provide a battery either because there’s no stock!
