    what made you come to the conclusion that the gps data isn't accurate? I can assure you, the gps is far more accurate then Meepos remote, even if your using the wheel speed they provided

    • @JackHasWifi
      @JackHasWifi  Год назад +5

      Drove the board next to cars and other boards and the speed finally synced. Also the GPS data in editing started going to 0, so idk if the spot we filmed at was good for that

      One thing I noticed was you guys were not in an aero position. Your torso should be more forward so your head is more in-line with your back and get your arms out of the way by keeping them straight back as much as possible. Your body has a lot of drag when you're getting above 35mph. Speaking from experience as a road cyclist, body position is very important in order to get those top speeds. @@JackHasWifi

    Probably more honestly! With the right gear ratio and remote set up. Having had this board with the 105mm that comes with it. I switched to those beautiful 105's. I recently had to replace my remote and had to learn all the setups. There is a mode or power on the remote maxing 99 output. I set it up to 92 ish. Of the four modes, I put it on 3 and it already goes up to 35 mph no problem what so ever. By contrast the stock wheels only maxed it to 30 mph on mode 4. That said the more you get to know this board the faster you realize it can go with the right set up. Pretty sure anything bigger than the 110mm will exceed 40. Of course this is for riders under 220 pounds. Weight is definitely a factor as well.

    lol ya never go by the remotes. in my experience, MOST remotes (not all) are off, even when the proper data of wheels/pullies are logged in. always use a aftermarket gps app..

    ⚡ *Another bangin video* ⚡
    I try to stay under 20mph 😂
    I love pulley videos, it's interestin stuff.
    Hobbywing remotes keep it simple, gear ratio easily calculated. Ratio Settings make sure your speed/distance are shown correctly. Better off usin a GPS for most accurate readings.
    My Meepo comes with 105mm wheels and 36T pulley, I'm tryin 32T with 85mm caguamas, thick plastic risers replaced with thin cork shock pads, much closer to the ground 👌🏼
    Ideally 32T is better with 90mm for the Flow but I can use the app to turn down the torque/braking a little bit.

    It’s funny, 40 isn’t shit on a board. Just tighten the trucks. Keep your legs firm, and little tip. If you have good enough balance and stand your weight right above the motor the acceleration gain is A+

    Meepo needs to supply 23T or 29T pulleys to back up their advertised 40 mph top speed! Voyager has big pulley bearing, no other pulleys fit (unlike Hurricane, Verreal RS, Zeus Pro Bamboo)

    • @AlexKelly-mk8py
      @AlexKelly-mk8py 4 месяца назад

      Stock comes at 30mph, switch to 105 or 110's. Program the remote power output from 1 to 99. Increase output to 90 or higher. I promise you won't be disappointed if you want to go 40...! Insanely fast.

    I believe it can with a longer runway. I've hit 32 mph on my Exway X1Max Hub motor with 110rovers on it. That first runway your testing on is so short bruhhhhh. And how many miles did you get on your rovers before they failed tread wise? I had my hub sleeve internal plastic sleeves fail on both my rovers after 200miles

    • @JackHasWifi
      @JackHasWifi  Год назад +1

      Tread didn’t take long to fail, but the reason behind it was because I’d drift them and force them to slide.. which they obviously weren’t meant for😅

    • @gabrielpursley2812
      @gabrielpursley2812 Год назад

      @@JackHasWifi see mine failed for the hub version has two internal sleeves that slide on motor before the donut does, and those two plastics sleeves failed under max temperature and constant 28-32MPH rides, 6-10 miles at a time, several times a day when I could get charges in, and those sleeves failing resulted in inner cores failing as well. All within 1 month. 200 miles. Then cloud is fucking me around with slow as hell shipping, telling me 7/17 the items would ship in two days for them to ship 9days later with a 3rd party slow courier, not FedEx which would've taken 5days total. Amazing wheels but faulty design for hubs and really shitty logistics etc

    Hey I have the meepo voyager with 110mm cyclone wheels and 32t pully says only 29-32mph with gps the controller wheel speed doesn’t change the speed of the board in real life just adjust calculations for a guess of your speed. if you want to go 40mph you gotta get a smaller pulley then 32t or a bigger pully on your motor
