Damn near anything that gets you outside is a good thing. I've been looking at ebikes for hunting and fishing because I'm always looking for dumb fish and game that hasn't seen hunters.
That was my thought. If it helps get you outside doing stuff, it's prolly pretty good.

I like this pedelec e-Bike stuff, make bicycling easy and more useful when you are not a Ironman type…. Like me….. This give you the motivation to use your bike daily….. good thing sometimes expensive…. But this Himiway are in a good price range. Have fun and be in a healthy condition soon…….
