I’m glad these two ended up together, especially after the idiot writer of one of the books wanted to make Merrin pansexual 🙄. Thank God those books aren’t canon.
@@Iliadic that may have originally been the intent but those books have been retconned by the tv shows so many times, they are basically their own canon now. Even the novelizations of the movies themselves contradict the actual movies. So no, these books are not canon to the main franchise.
I mean... Even if she's pansexual, who cares? That just means she can be attracted to anyone. But it doesn't matter since she already has a partner in Cal.

The stupid thing about the book is that the author thinks she made Merrin queer, but Merrin was already bi/pan in JFO. And the book wasn't even good representation of bi/pan, just pan=promiscuous ugh
