What is the real Fountain of Youth? I feel that the will to achieve and the determination to keep pushing, no matter what obstacles stand in our way. Exceptional agers also share a healthy lifestyle centered around weight lifting and physical fitness.
I don't always dress up-as you can see, I’m in PJs-but I definitely show up.

Alejandra Rodriguez, 60 years old, was crowned Miss Universe Buenos Aires this year.
Renee, 72 years old, is a GBO Pro Bikini Bodybuilder.
Ernestine Shepherd, now 87 years old, is the oldest competitive female bodybuilder.
Having been the oldest crowned in a major beauty contest myself, I know how hard it is to achieve such milestones. Congratulations to these phenomenal women!
