Hello mam.. I had the work out injury when I was doing a knee jump...since then sciatica pain has started and it's been almost 4 months...I couldn't able to climb stairs in the first few weeks..After consecutive Ayurvedic treatment it is far better now..but I feel bad that I can not do workouts or yoga till date.., as you're an athlete please make a video on few exercises on sciatica which helps to relax the muscles..

How can I consult one on one? I've LOADS of pics from January 2021 till now ,(June 2021). Sadly I believe the pics will show what I've been tracking : collagen, elastin damage all across face esp eyes w hollowed look, hooded lid (s), brow drop -deep forehead lines & that's just the upper face. Midface: volume loss, color loss, glow loss, wider nose bridge, enlarged nose bulb. Lower: jowls, sagging cheeks, crinkley skin, deep lines, marionette lines. Most of these things didn't exist at all. 5-10 YEARS worth of aging damage in 4-6 months' time. Cause: facial product overuse. Please help. Thx. Ppl tell me I have body dysphoria. Uhm. No. Pics show otherwise. Thx.
