    With the current climate of the world, I feel as if it's the absolute perfect time to show how to knock down the self-sabotage that might have been chirping in your ear during "Covid". (Yes, I've properly renamed it. Do you like it? This was from a ted talk I've done recently and haven't really shared up until this point.
    Do you know how to overcome procrastination and self-sabotage?
    The key to beating procrastination is the focus. We often give ourselves too many things to do and become overwhelmed. Start by choosing just one thing that you've been procrastinating and make a commitment to complete that task in the next week.
    To stop sabotaging yourself, you must first recognize when you’re getting in your own way. Some of the time, we’re acutely and painfully aware of this-like when we find ourselves procrastinating before taking care of a mess so that it becomes a bigger deal to clean up later.
    Self-sabotage refers to beliefs and behavior that often stems from feelings of anxiety, anger, and worthlessness. It is a very normal part of the human experience, something we all do from time to time often without fully realizing we are doing it.
    Self-sabotaging behavior often stems from feelings of anxiety, anger, and worthlessness. Always aim to manage your emotions, so that you don't commit to behaviors that have negative consequences, or that unjustly affect others.
    Check the warning signs of anger and anxiety before they get out of control. Some people get in the way of their own happiness and success in one particular area, while others impede themselves in several different areas.

    I am so happy that you mentioned the mainstream media. It's a relief to hear the truth about that machine from someone on a TED Talk stage. I work in client's houses every week who sit in front of the TV all day long watching the news. It's so sad to see and mentally exhausting to hear even for 5 mins. These older people glued to the screen and filled with fear because they, "Need to know what's going on in the world." But the truth is, they are just hopeless addicts.

    For so long, I haven't been able to understand my procrastination, and in a nutshell, you delivered! The Ant example struck me so deep I felt I had been hit across my cheek with the elephants trunk! Peter, I am so grateful that I came across you and your teachings because I would still be travelling north without knowing I am going south. Finally, I feel I can change my compass needle consciously. The 3 tips have given me a clear way to start doing that. Thank you 🙏

    I wish I had learned this 35 years ago. So much stuff might could have been avoided. And so much could have been gained and cycles/habits might not have ever happened.

      Maybe Im best watch it till I fully understand it all. Which is best video watch now Peter?
      I had stroke at 22 I'm 52 now had give up my construction job & fitness instructor jobs.
      Now suffer PTSD epilepsy depression self harm suicidal thoughts tendencies
      I grieved my jobs when I woke up from renal failure/coma/stroke and self pity lack of loving myself.
      I fell in wrong crowd got into drugs for 15 years. I'm so sad still. I'm wanting to write my story but can't really focus my diet isn't good
      But I want to Better myself and I feel Ur how I will start

      But can't help feel I failed myself all those 30 years ago!!!!
      Stroke was a suicide attempt
      But I lived. it just broke my heart and I'm wanting to say I'm back!!
      But lot work to do Peter 💪
