Maybe they know Demi really doesn't support her teammates after all. Actions always speak louder than words just look at the how Demi is at the podium when her teammates win and she doesn't.
How old are you? You are judging Demi because maybe she didn't look super happy at the podium that time she lost to her teammate??? How many races, intervies and podium celebrations have you even seen from Demi? Over the years when there is a sprint Demi has worked plenty for her teammates when needed especially Wiebes.

Interveiw the DS and see what they say. They are responsible to get out communication if radios are working.
There is not reason to blame Vollering for anything. It seems like Wiebes pulled down Vollering in the roundabout, she saw her crashing - and still she went for place 8?! Never seen such a disgrace from a team towards her teammate in the yellow jersey. The team car stopped, they all knew.
This team is a disaster!
Niewiadoma had the win... and she just gave up a few meters before the line and lost it by a nose. Rookie mistake.
