That’s not suspicious at all
Welcome back Nairo Quintana
Where was he yesterday? The other GC pushed yesterday 100% and today another 100%.
@@josenunes321and?
@@smimi2333 do you need a drawing?
@@josenunes321 not really. I don’t understand your point though… Nairo is not doing GC and had no shot at winning a flat tt, why would he go full gas and waste energy he much needs in the following stages?
You must be new to cycling, so, let me tell you, in this sport there is a lot of specialisation: you don’t aim at winning every race like a track runner would. It’s a totally unique sport.
Nairo fue!!!! Muy bueno pero las cosas han cambiado. Hoy en día los jóvenes ganan. Ya Nairo no está ni podrá estar a este nivel . Yo lo admiro mucho pero la realidad ya se la dije
Something cool and nostalgic seeing the pink jersey against the snowy backdrop
Nairo espectacular!!! His cadence was steady and getting back to his level. 👏👏👏
Team Ineos did superb work, who ever was pulling Gerait Thomas really was superb. What a stage!!! Pog is just on another level
For an oldie, Gerraint still watting like a diesel locomotive. He's had a great career.
On another level of drugs for sure.
@@eljaa2000 Yes. He does not even sweat. I think there is a new generation of drugs. His speed uphill is hard to believe. Motor doping maybe?
two jealous guys. we know a song about that.
@@Hour882Die Yeah there defiantly isn't any drug screenings in Racing.
Who the hell were those people blocking half of the road at the finish line…? That’s very disrespectful, not to mention dangerous
Sharp eyes! Most likely UCI barons or local DVs and press (definitely a camera crew). But absolutely ridiculous given the nature of that finish…or any World Cup finish. You see the lead escort trying to motion them out of the way and they just disregarded. Same with the idiots who are in the road and won’t pick up obstructions (trash, etc.) instead, just keep taking pictures. Ah, well. 😢
Slovenians nearly took Pog out with their own flag 😂
the escort truly incapable of clearing out for the riders. I appreciate the crowd enthusiasm but I feel they want to be seen more than cheer the riders
most amazing bit was seeing Thomas get out of the saddle right at the end.
The Dream Destroyer.
Pog is the GOAT. Gotta give Nairo huge credit for how he rode.
Congratulations, Pogicar! Truly dominating.
Pogicar??????? not even able to properly spell his name? jesus christ.
"bikeyclown" for real lol
@@SixSioux Yep, got it by arguing online with anti-bicycle people like you. "Stay off of the road and pathways bikey clown. They are only for automobiles and walkers."
Breath -taking literally.
Pogi is the monster!
What a monster Tadej is! Nairo también la luchó mucho.
He is on another level, lets say he has the best preparation, he can win at will, he was not even out of breath.
If you watch him coming up that final rise to the finish, you'll see his tongue wagging. He was deep in the red.
You know nothing about cycling, everyone went all put on this shit.
Tedej could start his recovery now for TDF. Just hang for the rest of the race, or even strategically lose very small increments of time, but still maintain a buffer.
What a monster of a stage😵💫
Eurosport, dont jinx this...
Just because he has a big lead doesnt mean crashes and injuries dont happen.
And to answer the 'where were you' question...the same place I was when Floyd 'did a Landis' and Armstrong dominated the TdF.
Amazing performances all...we just hope that it wasnt cheating.
need a full video of pogacar atacks from 15km to go!
Nothing like seeing the race leader in front of you up a hill when you’re sitting with a higher cadence then he needs to stand up. Definitely serves as a big carrot. Pogacar is a joy to watch.
Well done Nairo👏🏽 Poga is on a different level👍
what a beatiful finish at the peak of the mountain, befitting peak pogacar!!! Apex of Apex
Man, Tade barely got out of the saddle at one point. Truly insane legs
Like he is in a Cat 3 race... Great to see Nairo bring it.
Great commentary! Thanks
Our Slovenian beast!! Last year Roglic this year Pogačar!!! He in last stage can go to take beer and still won the race!! Amazing 🔥💪🇸🇮
Pog is like a smoother low geared Froome . He has that unique style and position on a bike that is pretty much perfection.
Froome looked terrible on a bike, IMHO. Pog looks much better, and he doesn't have the Sky train dragging him up every climb.
@@rlm4471 Yeah Froome was all arms and elbows but his cadence was insane which did the damage
He just has the best EPO lmao
What is unique about his position? I don’t see anything special about it compared to other pros.
Love this site, my skiing fav. Great push Tadei!
Just a phenomenal rider, absolutely love Pogača thanks for motivating me to keep on riding
The difference from a Giro with Pogačar to another with Roglič. The design of the stage was magnificent, from km 10 to the finish line it was cycling poetry. The fans, except for a couple of reckless ones...wonderful. The fan service to nostalgia with Nairo in second and Nibali on the podium with Pogačar in ten. Seeing the Slovenian on the last ramps at less than 20 km per hour shows that no one is superior to nature...and that the summit was changed...Beautiful stage!
He’s got hold of the jumbo juice
Roglic let everyone know their secrets when he left the team.
I unironically think this is the case too. These are the first races I've seen him drink that dark red juice after the race just like Vingegaard did the last 2 years.
@@unbound195 tart jerry juice you mean? Nothing new in the world of cycling, has good anti inflammatory properties.
@@unbound195 every team uses this drink its just a cherry juice with electrolytes to help them recover... would have taken you one google search to find this out rather than spew rubbish
@@VitaminD8000apparently that's the biggest issue on the body within these major tours, keeping the inflammation in check , one so they don't bloody hurt, and two to keep the weight off. Yes, many riders actually put on weight in these endurance sports due to the inflammation. Perhaps you already know though 🙂
This stage was over before it began. There is nobody in this peloton capable of hanging with Pog. The only riders who could challenge him are home training and/or healing. Let's hope the Tour is more interesting.
Riders. Hmm I kind of think there's only one and his name is Vingegaard.
@@cyramourox Depending on the stage, you’re right. And for overall race win you’re right. Remco and the other missing riders would have made this much more interesting though, even without Ving. Hopefully they’ll be back in time for the Tour, I haven’t seen anything about them so I don’t know where they stand in their recoveries.
Wow! Pogacar doubles his GC lead!
looked like they had some brutal climbs today.
It's a privilege watching such a pure talent. While I'm sure his team reviews his watts after every stage, it seems he races on heart and passion for racing.
I love Pogi, i would hate to cast aspertion on his domination....i grew up in the lance era in 2001.....but i would enjoy this for now and route for him🎉🎉
Let's us forget Voldemort of cycling 🙏😱
There are a handful of riders at Pog's level. They're all young and have had the benefit of growing up in a post-Armstrong era where the focus is on improved training and health regimens, along with the use of modern technology to turn racing into an exact science. Sky started the trend and other teams have perfected it over the last ten years.
Simply amazing Pog!
Idolaku
I say that Pogi will be the 1st (maybe only? ) man to win the 3 Grand Tours in the same year!
Very much depends on how he feels at the Tour, who will compete at the Vuelta etc. But chances are clearly there.
Ripped 'em apart !!!! What a talent....
💉
@@savagepro9060 LOL, always gonna be haters like you. Just because you can't get off the couch without wheezing means nobody can perform at a high level without help.
A true phenomenon!
It’s almost unbelievable
If it was Frome or Wiggins or any Team Sky/Ineos rider they would be asking questions at least.
To the doubters.
Race organizers don't like the result of a three-week grand tour event being decided before the third week even starts. They want competition and rivalry to bring in the views and the advertising $$$. If they could bust Pog and open up the field they absolutely would. That they haven't done so-ever-shows that he is as clean as they are able to (or allowed to) test for.
Top teams like Ineos, Visma, and UAE (like Sky before them) have the budget to obtain and develop the same supplements, technology, and other advantages for their riders. If anyone stands out among the top riders it's a result of skill and ability, not any special enhancements they have that the others do not. The top GC riders of the past decade have been on equal footing when it comes to anything other than their own innate talent. The domination of Rog, Ving, and Pog over the past few years is not because they are doping and everyone else is clean.
So relax and enjoy the show. There's no need to look for clouds on a sunny day.
He wasn’t born, he was engineered.
World class!
Time will tell.
Such a spectacle
Can we get commentators who don't say 'you know' constantly? Totally tedious.
The riders are worse when interviewed. It drive me crazy !
@@farrier53the riders are not paid to be speeking though…
Love Pog’s black and pink Colnago with pink ENVE logo wheels. Classy looking ride. And see he went with all-pink Is he playing games with UCI, one day in ciclamino shorts and pink jersey, another day pink/pink after their over-the-top threat to throw him out of the Giro?!?
good ride from bardet
Tadej is a superhuman among superhumans!
Impressive! I might have to ride in my Pogacar UAE jersey and signature helmet today to celebrate! :)
Will you take Tadej’s signature drug cocktail too?
The jersey needs to be earned, refer to velominati to guide you…
@@mettflow2648 Thanks for the reference. That is a lot of etiquette right there! I am only wearing the white UAE jersey with black Castelli shorts on a solo ride. I do have the wrong bike brand too, but I don't think anyone will be offended. :)
@@mettflow2648 Can't agree with Rule #38.
League above, a generational great
Pogacar is already training for TDF 2024 😅
There is elite level pro cycling..and then there is Tadej Pogacar. Amazing.
The modern day Merckx.
Or the modern day Armstrong? I guess time will tell…
@@atsr_ time will tell indeed, someone will lose more than 7 jerseys for sure
@@atsr_ just like jonas?
@@atsr_ It's natural to doubt great performances since so many of the riders two decades ago fell from greatness, but if you live in perpetual suspicion what's the point of watching or commenting? Enjoy the great accomplishments of riders and leave your doubts at the door, just like you suspend your disbelief to enjoy a good movie.
@@savagepro9060 Ving, likely.
I just cannot believe that one guy can be so much better than all of the pros. This is very suspect (although I really like Pogi...). Quintana at some point was crazy strong, and it turned out that he was doping at his peak. Lopez was strong when he was fighting with Roglic at Vuela, in 2020 or something, and it turned out that he doped... I am sure there are other recent cases of doping, which I dont know. Let's dont focus on Armstrong that much. Dopping happens currently. Just read some info. I am worried when I see such performances like today's...
I think it's fairly obvious that he's doping. Last person that was this far ahead of everyone else was Lance Armstrong and he was doping his ass off. Pogacar is definitely doping and I think there's absolutely no doubt about it.
Quintana’s peak was 8-10 years ago. He had the Tramadol incident (hardly doping) 2 years ago
waiting for Pog to get popped.
Mas got caught?
@@rasmusriemann6557 I just checked on the internet. It was Lopez, not Mas.
They all better hope they can race vs him injured again or roglic, vingegaard, evenpoel all obv got no chance at all.
Ive never in my life seen anyone like Pogacar he is simply the greatest alreayd by donig this in this modern era...🐐🐐
Vingeaard crushes him everytime. Tadej looks good here because the only guy who is better than him isn't competing. Otherwise, Vingegaard just drops him.
@@arandombard1197 dude you must have some real life issues. Vingegaard only been able to beat pogacar when he was hurt if not vingegaard havent been close. Like i said if pogacar gets hurt again he might win just like the others if not they all have no chance obviously.
@@Michael_J218 Was Pogacar hurt at the 2022 tour?
@@Michael_J218 I think we all know that Pogi's kryptonite against Jonas is altitude above 2000km. In the mountains they're equal if not Jonas is better but everything else Pogi's better.

Wow!
Unbelievable 😊
Almost perfection. Would have liked to see Pogi ride with Nairo to the line. But still, fair play.
this stage is Tadej Pogacar show, no doubt. he is insane .... looks come from other planet
Pogi 😮 💪
Quintana 😢
Pog, jonas, pog, jonas wtf. POGAČAR have 2tour the France and Jonas have 2tour the France But numero une is Pogačar. 2liege bastogne liege, 3lombardia,1tour of flanders, amstel gold, flechevalone 2strade bianche and much more. Now pleas told me why is Jonas better
This is not a suspicious performance at all
If I was Pog and I knew I already had the race in the bag, I would have ridden in with Nairo together.
He specifically said this was the one stage he wanted to win the most, so he made a point. Now he can relax a bit
No gifts! Specially on this beautiful and iconic stage!
Loser mentality
Savage Finish!
thank you!
Vingegaard is the man to beat Pogacar when he is fit.
Love Pogacar
El mejor del mundo pogachar
I'd love to hear what the commentators are saying, once their microphones are muted.
Here's my guess:
"That man is using every performance enhancing drug there is and it's a shame that he didn't get caught yet."
While Pog seems like a good guy with a great sense of humour, this kind of Armstrong-like dominance is rather making a joke of the sport again.
TDF should be Pogačar vs Bernal vs Vingegaard
ICARUS PART 2
Lets hope Vinny heals fast, from his wreak, to give Poggy some competition...J/S
Next year maybe
!!!!!!! ❤
Says a lot about any rider who would sign for a team run by staff of such doping records. This sport is so fickle. A real house of cards.
Idk, lots of guys in the conti pro teams have MAPs of 7.5 wpkg + with modern day tech, I think it's possible 🤔
Tadej and Nairo scene reminds me of Nairo and Froome back in the 2012 Tour. Anyway, Jonas is gonna be f* in the upcoming Tour.
Hey. @2.30 it sounded as if I was watching a stage pantomime when the commentator said: ‘here comes TP, all dressed in pink. It just doesn’t sound complimentary.
Could’ve chosen a leadership colour that sort of………..?😊
What's his RBC ? Red Blood Count ? H and H also

🔥✊🏾If P😉gi Bides His TYME…He Could Win All Three Tours…There’s No 🤔ne In THIS RACE WHO COULD MATCH HIM…👊🏾💯
Obviously tadej is on a completely different level.
His closest rival is Thomas, whos past his prime, so its only natural what pogi's achieving in the giro.
Ok but what about all the others at the back...?
@@farrier53 it's just a totally different level. We are witnessing one of the best to ever do it on his absolute prime, it's his moment.
Its high time Pogacar got a new nickname after this heroic ride. Which nickname comes to your mind?

No body is even close
Think he's gonna win the triple this year. Watch this space.
This kind of dominance reeks of unfettered doping. It would be nice to think otherwise but to pull out that kind of time on EVERYONE is not natural. He may be a great talent, but something just isn't right.
Of the few times Pogi looks back, who followed him?
This is too easy for him ,hes super human
