      @@GolfMonthly Yes, I agree. I find WITB vids very revealing, not because of the club info, but somehow they reveal the golfer's true character and personality. An JR came across really well!

      I've noticed so many high end pros are like that. I feel like the micro tweaking is basically just marketing to make average golfers feel better; 'oh it must be the weighting on the driver, nothing to do with me! Maybe if I buy that new one I will hit it better'.
      It's all bullshit. Club head speed + loft at impact + smash factor = distance. Doesn't matter what club you are holding.

      Give any decent player any set of clubs, and they will learn to play them. It’s simple you make adjustments.

    I love how humbly he talks about golf... I identify with that because right now my bag is a mess almost all my clubs are different... but I love it like that :D

    I love this guy , so down to earth , just a normal guy with incredible skill from his desire to succeed , he will win many times , he just loves to play

    A really good WITB. I like tha he gives a warning about his lack of tech knowledge, then gives us more time on each club than some pros give for the whole bag.

    Jon Rahm seems like a real nice guy and has to have a good sense of humor with the RAHMBO on his wedge. Like his simple theory on clubs. If you play good with it, keep it.

    Jon is such a fantastic player, loved hearing about his pref in his bag.... I also use a 37 inch putter :-) I got this Win jumbo grip dam feels good nice and upright and solid....

    That was awesome. Good to know that the top end players in the world have issues with their equipment that they never realized even after so many courses.I think everybody can sympathize with the 3 wood off the deck issue, and it wasn’t until I replaced it with a 4 wood and going from 15 degrees to 17 degrees draw that I was hitting/launching them right on.

    What a nice guy,just shows you if you are playing well and are naturally talented it doesn’t matter about being up to date with new clubs,stick to the clubs you feel confident with.Thats the problem with a lot of golfers,they think if they get the more up to date clubs the better they will play.👍👍👏👏

    love the way he switched to the TP5 vs the TP5X because of the control and touch...he doesn't have to bomb it all the time he can have finesse around the green

    Great insight to what Jon uses ,and a recurring theme here is that many pro's don't muck around with gear too much and use what works ,us amateurs seem more concerned with shafts and the latest irons .Think we could all learn something from this.

      I've recently come to golf from the world of triathlon. A couple of things are the same. Garmin, Oakleys and a lot of amateur guys that think they can substitute training with expensive carbon. Pros, not so much.

    Any golf clubs that you using and keeps winning then is Good Club whether blade or muscle back or forgiving irons doesn’t matter as long you like it and working well

    I’ve had my TOUR EDGE EXOTICS EX1 IRONS fitted with the same PROJECT X 6.0 for 12 years now and will never change them.

    I'm now a fan of this guy, sure he can play his ass off, but he doesn't know much more than me about clubs. And that makes me happy.

    6.3 or 6.2? I've stood very close to him and seemed like he was 6.0 max. but great video and I like his honesty about club selection. Go Rahmbo!!!

    COULDNT AGREE WITH HIM MORE on the forged CBs versus forged MBs...... both are blades.... neither has any offset, the cbs just provide that tiny extra bit of forgiveness..... forged CBs are modern blades and anyone that is still using MBs it all comes down to their head.

      We talking a game where guys watch other guys like hawks, trying to get a edge or find the other guys edge.

      @@kingshark5938 Not true. He gets 5 different shaft for example and tries them. He chooses one and he couldnt care less what the specs are, how many grams,, etc. Producers are trying to tell you thay you have to know to play good, but this is not the case.

      These guys are detailed individuals. Down to the gram, and mm.
      You cant tell me, it's how I turned my own game around by learning the specs of the game.
      Rahm in this video is being like any body with a edge. Evasive in not letting people know his trade secrets.

      @@kingshark5938 you are assuming that everyone is the same and is analyzing every single detailed aspect of the game - its not the case. It's like the ongoing comparison of DeChambeau and Koepka. One is analysing density of the air, cloud structure, whatever and the other is just looking at the basic and just hitting the ball. Golf is not that complicated.

      I think you are missing the point, Taylor Made would be more than happy to give him the latest equipment isn't the purpose of sponsorship to promote and sell new products? He prefers to use what he likes and knows works for him.

      He says he is referring to soccer, and some of the greatest players in the history of the sport played no. 10, including Maradona, Pele and Messi among others. My guess is that he is a fan of Barcelona.
