Love the honesty on buying things budget. People just tryna flex now a days with kings etc 😂
Yeahhh fuck kings 👀😂🫣
Thanks for the opportunity to showcase my 3 trucks. It was a pleasure Dillon!
You’re tripping a lot of people out by calling me Dillon in the video 😂
That 4.0 with that much mileage just goes to show how great that generation of Tacoma’s were. It makes me appreciate my 4.0 even more, I’m just breaking it in at 115k haha but I beat the living hell out of it and maintain it religiously
mine is creeping up on 260k and it runs like a dream
These build breakdowns are my favorite on the channel. Keep them coming. Still waiting on the Gian tundra rear long travel vid tho
We have a lot more coming!
I love this I’m struggling to figure out how long travel my 3rd gen on a budget I got quoted at 18k 💀
Same
Best advice is to piece everything together slowly. Buy the kit, wait a few months, by the coilovers, wait…do the front in a year or so, then do the rear..another year or so. About 2-4 years. These trucks are not cheap and take awhile. Unless you got deep pockets and can do it all at one time
Looks like Oak view. He could be my neighbor. Cool stuff. Thanks
Yes I am in oak view lol
I’m in Mira Monte and was tripping thinking that looks familiar
@@OjaiBonsai nice say hi if you see me driving around
Im interested in those knockoff Baja designs lights on the front bumper they look great!
Got a video on them on my channel 😊
Got a 2010 prerunner 4.0 love it appreciate all the info looking to get a kit here soon
i have an 05 trd offroad, 400k so far. and i beat the shit out of it in my younger days 🤣glad to see another first year second gen kicking it!
Whats up with that 65 impala in the back
going for a similar build, i got my front fenders from fiberwerx and i got my bedsides from them and im planning long travel front, hoping to go camburg or btf kits for the travel, expensive options, i know, but i want my truck to be a monster. love the truck tho dude, thing looks sick especially for how much you actually paid!
@@xannnnax I personally love Dirt kings LT kit cause I’ve seen its real world use on a lot of my favorite builds pulling CLEAN travel. I love BTF cause I think it’s the best looking kit and gives some aggressive stance to the build while pulling some gnarly numbers. And if you really want to ball out and bulletproof the truck with some Picasso type travel, Solo Motorsports kit is gorgeous
@@desertdime also contemplating just I beam front end and tie that into a 4 link rear and it would be completely custom
First.
OG RG wheels are so sick
Yes got them on both my builds so sexy. Thanks for the watch!
Hey, wassup! Im in Ojai as well and have an ‘07 lifted prerunner. Another nice vid and build! Just wanted to introduce myself and the community. Do you have any low end shutter issues from pinion angle etc? Im currently chipping away at that one.
Where did you get a $200 Mcneil fenders..
Second hand offer up
Parts list, I'm 16 thinking about buying one
Edit:after I sell my 2012 outback
But mine 😊
@@BajaZayhow much?
@@justusramberg 15k comes with that kit in the video too
@@BajaZay dang maybe
Joined the NAVY...forgot to fight for what little freedom is left...took our money...
Love the wheels, what are those 🔥
Robby Gordon OG wheels
I have a 1995 Tacoma 4x4 can i upgrade the Upper control arm and 2.5 shocks with out upgrading anything else ?
I’m not sure what after market suspension options are offered for your year, but if it’s anything like modern trucks yes. You just might be squatted in the rear a little depending on how much the front is lifted
@@desertdime got it, been doing some heavy research…. But I’m going with TC suspension but I’m on a budget. So plan on just buying the UCA from total chaos first . run it with my OEM shocks while I save money for the 2.5 shocks and eventually upgrade my LCA as time goes. Thanks for the reply 💪🏽
You did more talking not enough showing of the truck!
Dylan? 😂
