      @reason6835 9 дней назад

      I know people keep saying that, but it’s not true at all. That’s not how immunity works. Presidential immunity is granted by the courts on a case by case basis. When there’s a legal action against a president, he has to sue in court and assert his immunity in order to get the court to stop the legal action against him. Sometimes they grant it, sometimes they don’t. Biden would also have to assert immunity in court and he might not get it.
      There’s an exception to this in civil cases brought by private citizens. Presidents enjoy blanket immunity from being sued by private parties, so the courts just automatically throw out any civil actions against him brought by private citizens.

    I believe that the Supreme Court Justices should have a term limit. Additionally, I propose that the Supreme Court Justices should be elected by the people, rather than being appointed by the President. This would allow for greater accountability and transparency in the selection process. Furthermore, if there are any Justices who are found to be corrupt, they can be voted out of office. In this way, we can ensure that the Supreme Court remains an impartial and just institution.
