there are fixes for certain games, uncharted and the last of us dont have ghosting, but they have flickering hubs, alan wake 2 there is a ghosting fix - i did a video on it yesterday as for the mod getting better, most definitely, it improves all the time ' its still in beta testing stage at the moment
it could be its the same thing with Epic Store games, disable MSI Afterburner and Rivatuner before you launch the game then once in the game you can reactivate it
i havent spent enough time with the game to take notice, been working on vids i got to the section on the back of the horse cart, seemed pretty ok to me

You need a purchased game, there no crxxc version with fsr2 to my knowledge
The fsr2 needs to be native to the game, not modded in
