To this day I still love em. They hold drinks well and when they wear, tear and get sticky. You can easily change them.

Great video install guys. Love that single 3.5" exhaust tone prefer it over my dual 2.5" twin exhaust system. Don't get me wrong i love my exhaust but ur exhaust tone rocks. I paid $950 Australian dollars for mine.

Regarding misfire 27:26, 28:30 do you think the N54 specifically has issues or just that your particular car does? I'm deciding between the N54 and N55, and some insight would be helpful.
I had a custom straight-pipe exhaust fabbed up for my 135i and it sounded just like this, lol. I had a love/hate relationship with it. Eventually I added a small resonator and it got rid of the rasp and still sounds super aggressive. But I do miss the straight savagery of the straight-pipe!
PS: When did you get the Sparco?

And the seat i put in a few months ago, it’s a sparco evo II, very comfortable for a fixed back seat

Budget Bimmers and thanks for the suggestion to google. Found several posts stating the stock exhaust system creates so little restriction that removing it entirely from 700+hp cars made no discernible difference.
I live in an area in Indiana where we have to get emissions testing done. Do you know if this will pass? I'm also wanting to get the high flow catted down pipe as well but not sure if I'll pass emissions after doing this. I appreciate anyone's input. Thanks. From northern Indiana.
When I buy the exhaust on vrsf it says catback option when I choose race that means that’s just the muffler delete one ? Or I have to buy the catback muffler delete ?

So I definitely recommend a resonator to reel in the essence of the exhaust if not the drone is gonna kill you but I do like it. Sounds like a v8 m3

@@BudgetBimmers I figured as much. I have a bmr exhaust on my 135 and the giant resonator really makes it perfect. Loud without being obnoxious. Has a nice purr. It seems the n54s are suuuuper raspy without one
