Thanks for watching! Do you use off-camera flash for your wedding work? What flashes are you using?

Thank you SO much for this! I just found out my NYE wedding will be fully shot in the dark, including all the portraits so I'm on the hunt to figure out off camera flash. Thank you!

I just saw your video and tried to access the link you listed at the end of the video, but it looks like it's no longer available. Is there a way for me to get this? Thank you!

Another tip : the flash output is controlled by the aperture and the exposure of the environment by the shutterspeed. If you want brighter pics, choose a longer shutter speed. The shutter speed has no influence on the flash power as it only flashes for 1/5000th of a second

Hey Johan! Great point! Yes, I didn't get too into specifics about how to actually set your settings up, it would be too long of a video - but you're right, I often have my shutter speed around 1/100th of a second! :)

Hi! Is there a reason to shoot ETTL...? Can you do M instead or does that throw it off...?

I have a Canon D5 Mark 4 .....i have a 600 EX-RT flash. I just want to take inside photos. It seems so complicated--is there a video on very simple basic settings so I can take inside photos with my Canon D5 Mark4 using this flash?? --thanks

How do you shoot dark candlelit receptions? Or any event that’s really dark with all the lights off?

Hello! This is where off-camera flash really helps! You can light up a room well with the two light sources. :) If you didn't want to use flash at all, depending on how many candles, you could shoot at ISO 6400 around f/1.4 :)

Jamie Delaine Photography, you should try shooting with 2 or more cameras positioned at deference angle.
    1. Have you tried using ATG "Rel" (radio remote camera shutter trigger w/wo flash)?
    2. Have you tried using ATG "Linked Shot".
Shoot ATG's Rel /or Linked Shot can be very helpful when you don't have another photographer.
Or you can placed the camera setup very close to the action without putting yourself in danger or be known.
Only the ATG Gold & Canon 600EX-RT/600EX II-RT have those features.
The ATG has range beyond 1,000 feet.
The Canon has range to 100 feet.
Anyone can contact Alzo Digital, CT and ask for ATG's services, supports and mod, if one needed more assistants.
    You looked beautiful.
And it's wonderful that you are taking your time out to show beginners and amateurs on how to use the ATG/Canon ETTL II flash system.
Many pros are usually lost when one asked them about "Linked Shot" or "Rel" by ATG/Canon.

Hello! I never have tried this, no!

It should only take about 15 mins to get it working.
These two features are very important when you have two or 600 and ETT radio transmitter.

Jamie Delaine Photography or anyone able to set wireless radio in "Ext. A" in Slave on their Canon 600EX II-RT or Canon 600EX-RT?
These three flashes, ATG & Canon 600 series have actually two "Link" modes.
    1. "LINK", turns green when in radio modes
    2. "LINKED SHOT" many are lost or have no ideal how to set this nice features up.
