It's not even on a lake! this is a 5 acre parcel near Horizon West, Winter Garden, FL. and there's a lot more than "just white", detail everywhere. you have to look closer at the finishes, these are not just white drywall, there is trim work everywhere and feature walls, impressive fit and finish.

Was never for sale. Estimate to replicate would be in the $8M range depending on finishes and features. a 5-acre lot nearby would be in the $1M-$2M range then house, car barn, other structures, high-end finishes and detail work. 18 months to 2 years build time

This is a special unique property and if it ever were to be offered for sale, it would be north of $10 Million, very difficult to replicate this level of quality and size/space in all of central florida, whilst still being near amenities like Disney World and horizon west winter garden
Arvin Haddad would have a field day reviewing this mansion. The front of the mansion looks like a condominium complex, too many separations. And a dryer and washer is every room, this seems to be out of place.
It's hidden by the oak trees on a 5 acre estate, and the front is somewhat "choppy" but once you flow through it, it makes sense. If the customer was looking for more "stately" front elevation I'm sure the Freeman Company could oblige. w/D makes sense to me, teach your kids how to do laundry early! or you do it but less carrying baskets between each room
