Garage downstairs. Jason just realizing this is a 1-story? Love the lanai can be closed in with A/C. Guesthouse with a pool? Far from the main house so appreciate the full kitchen. Laundry. How about some UNDER $10 million dollar homes. There are some beautiful homes in the Keys, Miami and Ft Lauderdale that are under $10 million. You used to show those homes too.

Absolutely beautiful but the upkeep taxes and insurance electric bill water 40 - 50,000 a month or more, very beautiful beautiful house
