Awesome place. I love South Florida. Too expensive for me. Florida is so darn popular. No state taxes. Warm and mostly sunny. But I’ve made our life in Colorado. I can honestly say that these winters are truly spectacular.
People who have that kind of lifestyle would simply rebuilt it. Naples, FL (Port Royal) one home sold for $58M. Naples was hit real bad by Hurricane last season. I was just there this past weekend. The rich areas don’t look like anything happened. The moderately rich areas are rebuilding.

I agree. Glaring white walls accented by black wrought iron and and what would otherwise have been beautiful dark wood trim, conflicts. It has no warmth or charm. It is harsh. I like the structure of the house but whoever selected the colors and decor is a psychopath. As presented, the interior at least, is neither friendly nor attractive. A souless Sheldon Cooper would like it. I do not. Cut the price down to 12 million because the other six million will be needed to redecorate.
Oh, and did I mention the ugly white cabinetry? It is such a beautiful house otherwise. Fix it! But Yabba Dabba Dooo on the exterior grounds!!! Beautiful. I can put up with glossy white exterior and walls and roof to reflect the oppressive sunshine (I understand. I do live here.), so that is reasonable. Please, just use some sense. It is a great house otherwise.

Actually the house was sold November of 2020 for just under ten point five million. The current owner has not done a single thing to the house and is now trying to sell it for almost an 8 million dollar profit which is stupid and will never get it in today's market.
It's vulnerable to a hurricane that could cause a lot of damage . Property insurance is almost non existent for an affordable price , not to mention the yearly taxes , yikes !
