This is the most practical Florida property for me because it is somewhat shielded from storms by the land mass in front of it. I intend to purchase this because, even though, it is a little cramped, I could also buy the adjacent two properties to turn into a luxury property for myself and my kids.. Love it for the beach, the clear and shallow jade waters and the wonderfully landscaped lawns.

@@jamesmiller7911 I don't begrudge anybody's success but no trespassing is SO American. When you travel outside Merica you don't see that sign. I have been on the Rothschild's beach on Corfu. Nobody cared, nobody was there but me, nobody should own the beach and water in front of a house anywhere in the world. The only property i would trespass on is the DUMP at Mar a Lago.
