Justin, I'm even more impressed by your work because you highlight the companies that invested effort and talent to ensure the properties are impeccable. Your collaborative spirit and commitment to enhancing the consumer's perception of service providers' value are truly incredible!
Get ready for 2023 season of Parade! We will have 9 homes featured and this year's entries made my jaw drop. Lake fronts, remodels, compounds with helipads, $10 Million dollar winter park homes... Now I need to get back to editing all this footage lol thanks for watching
Thank you so much for the effort put into your videos! And DOUBLE thank you for actually NAMING the companies that provided the products/tech and integrated them into this home! It's nice to see pretty houses, but for me, it's even nicer to know the companies that did it all. Please continue with details like this in future videos... it's really helpful!
This one is not Officially for sale, but the land cost alone is $2MM, plus every high end feature in a custom build.. some of Orlando's best lakefront estates are in the $8M-$10M range. monthly payment? most buyers in that category aren't thinking monthly. Pros- live near Disney and universal, restaurant row, butler chain of lakes waterskiing, amazing weather. Cons? it's not Miami, but man, you get the same waterfront lifestyle and florida weather for 1/5 the price
This home is not currently for sale- The builder is showcasing their work for the Parade of Homes Orlando. The "Price category/project value" this entry falls in (which is not necessarily market value) is in the $6 Million range. Please message me privately for insight into off-market custom homes you can actually buy or build.
Craft had the Brewer in Laureate park which was "flat roof" but to get that style by a real custom builder in college park, winter park, thornton park, would be $1.5M++ with dirt costs/tear down and build cost.
@@OrlandoPropertyAdvisor thanks for the reply! Don't really need an elevator or 3 stories.. just wanted to gauge it for Market comps. What else do you have at Lake Sheen lakefront or Lake Nona. I'm open to Re.Sales as long as they are built After the Hurricane Mitigation codes.
Every so often a mint condition waterfront home comes up for sale. In the areas you mentioned such as Butler chain, LNCC, isleworth, etc that could be $800-$1000 per square foot, its happening in Winter Park as well. Really can't put a number on it but something slightly smaller but very high quality could be in the $4M-$6M range easily. Let's chat about it further then I can bring you some choices
I am not impressed. Funny to see the pool dirty and green because builders refuse to build pool cages and then nobody uses the pool. Living on a lake is amazing, but without a cage you will get bugs, snakes, frogs and gators. Still want to jump in without a cage? All bedrooms in the house have another window from a neighboring house looking into them. Good luck with the 2nd floor pool when it eventually cracks and leaks into the first floor.
Omg so much hate over pools that have a few leaves in them. Some people like an open pool and they hire cleaners. It’s not green, the color of the finish and lighting just ain’t as blue as some pools. And a screen even with panorama panel would look silly on this level of lakefront home. That’s why they have phantom screens and spray for mosquitos. Yes there are bugs, and people deal with it. Don’t you have something better to do than hate on these luxury homes?

Are there any builders who use this same modern style but in smaller homes? 3/4 bedroom homes

$?
Make me an offer lol- not for sale but everything has a price.
What would you pay for this?
