Even more amazing is that she was 14 years old in this performance. This is one of the most difficult songs i have heard anyone sing, it has every single vocal technique in the book and she nailed it. I understand that when people do not know how to express themselves when they observe greatness they usually say "he/she is talented" or "God gave him/her a gift" and i agree that her voice is out of this world but she busted her ass working to master that voice from an extremely young age and that is the most impressive thing to me because all people have their individual talents but not everyone is willing to put in the effort to cultivate their gift and turn it from "hey that is cool" to "Holy shit that is the greatest thing ever... Her voice is classed as 'Polyphonic Contralto'. Contralto is the deepest voice a woman can have. The polyphonic part is the ability to sing different notes under the main notes at the same time. That's what makes a lot of people think that there is some sort of electronic effect on the microphone. But there is not. Contralto voices are pretty rare. Let alone Polyphonic ones. The only other Contralto in popular music I can think of was 'Cher'. Although I'm sure there are others. There must be a few in the world of Opera too.

Her voice is classed as 'Polyphonic Contralto'. Contralto is the deepest voice a woman can have. The polyphonic part is the ability to sing different notes under the main notes at the same time. That's what makes a lot of people think that there is some sort of electronic effect on the microphone. But there is not. Contralto voices are pretty rare. Let alone Polyphonic ones.
The only other Contralto in popular music I can think of was 'Cher'. Although I'm sure there are others. There must be a few in the world of Opera too.
