Sir i have a doubt, if i can submit money transition, statement Photostat to the court on divorce case? Case is going with power of attorney, all the real evidance are in hands of the real person who are abroad, she can't present here because the opponent give habeas corpus for prevent she return if he land that case is also going.
Our advocate saying we can't submitt photostat as evidance, we also give gold receipts photostat of old gold also give to him,money transfer through account to opponent account , their is no option for original old gold receipt,
We have all evidance, but most of them are photostat,
Actually we have also doubt about our advocate because the opponent advocate both are friends,
