- With most smartphones having free apps for call recording of your phone conversations, many people record their calls with other persons. Question is whether such mobile phone call recordings are admissible in courts of law as evidence, in proceedings such marital disputes, family disputes, commercial disputes and other court litigation? And, how to prove such call recordings? This video deals with this issue in detail.

After death of a person, his/her recording on land dispute is admissible in court... Like whatever he/she says on call.. That can be proved as an evidence(after his death) on land distribution in family court.. 🙏

Sir hearing happened for two times at State consumer forum. My Father has submitted written argument in first hearing. Now can he summit electronic evidence in support of written argument submitted earlier in next hearing. If it is what is the process.
