Sir, I had a doubt but not from this video. I had a doubt from the " How to use Voice recording / Video recordings in courts" video. I commented my doubt in the respective video but thought you might have not notice my comment as it was 2 months ago video, so I am asking my doubt over here. My doubt is... As you said sir, that " Audio recordings and video recordings does not have much value in court" then why do they do Narco test ? I mean Narco test has its own importance but even that can be edited, even they can get manipulated.
Sir, the result of narco test r not considered as a relevant evidence bcz technology can be mistaken

There are different Acts for banned things.. For example : someone is consuming drugs which are banned there is an called NDPS act.. Or if someone is in possession of Illegal Arms or need license there is an act called Arms Act.. Or If someone is selling 'Harmful liquor' there is an act called Excise Act..
So basically there are different acts for different banned substances

Hi sir, how are you? Sir, you are a very great teacher with real essence of art of making studies understandable in an easy and better way.
Sir, I will like to share one more real inconsistant example of offence blaim of murder which the complainant or even police may be not aware of its knowledge. Related to these three things are to be observed when a patient dies in a hospital who was admitted in the same multi-speciality hospital for the 17 th time wherein the doctors are not just employees but professors, assistant professors, head of department of prestigeous medical college with moral conduct and the history taken about how the fracture took place is asked to the patient directly by the doctor in the presence of a medical officer ( MBBS) and infront of a P. G.student, brothers, nurses:
1) There is a rule that illness has to be written 'in patient's words only' and not in the words of anybody else, even in doctor's words in column of case paper wherein there it is written as "History of present illness." So, if patient tells reason due to fall in bathroom, then how scope for doubt is taken?
2) In right side corner above case paper, with red pen it should be written MLC case, if at all any history of offence told by the patient or victim.
3) Cause of death is written in case paper at the end by the main doctor of Medicene who is daughter of principal of medical college and wife of a plastic surgeon working in same prestigeous hospital cum attached medical college as a professor.
4) This doctor had already suspected patient after repeated blood transfusions every 5-6 months and increased white blood cells for two complete years since the 1st time of admission under Dr.Shrinivas when UTI, etc.and sending blood samples even to Banglore, patient was refered to Onchology department under Dr. Dhumale coming to the conclusion of blood cancer suspecting it prevailing since two years with no decreased WBC count.
Inconsistant for such a complaint is false case to take revenge as thete was already case on property share matter against this patient and the care taker which refered as coercion oriented partition. Also such case was done after Injunction case was done on the complainant gang of conspirators by the care taker. There was no connection, communication between the patient, care taker and complainant as for two years prprty matter case was pending in court even after demise of said patient.
