महोदय, मेरे शहर (मिराभाईंदर, ठाणे, महाराष्ट्र) के एक इलाके में एक बस ड्राइवर ने एक चार साल की बच्ची के साथ दुष्कर्म करके भागता हुआ पकडा गया और उसे जेल हो गई। उसी घटना की हमारे शहर के कुछ पत्रकार शहर की महापौर, नगरसेवक व कुछ समाजसेवकों को साथ लेकर उसके घर के सायने पैसे देते हुए वोली लगाने के अंदाज मे मदत के नाम पर उसके पहचान को उजागर किया गया था। जिसकी शिकायत मैने पुलिस स्टेशन से लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट तक शिकायत किया जिसके फलस्वरूप उनके उपर मिडिया की पोस्को धारा 224 a के साथ अन्य दो धाराओ के तहत केश सिर्फ एक आदमी के ऊपर दर्ज किया गया था। कुछ समय वाद वहीं आदमी दूसरे केव मे तीन महीने जेल मे रहकर जब जमानत पर बाहर आया तो उसने (उसी पोस्को केश में जिसमे मै फरियादी था) उसी पुलिस स्टेशन मे उसी धारा के तहत यह कहकर मुकदमा दर्ज करा दिया कि इन्होंने ने भी अपने पेपर (हिन्द सागर) मे पिडीता की पहचान को उजागर किया है जबकि मैने उसके खबर मे लगे फोटो को ब्लर करके पहचान उजागर करने वालो के खिलाफ कार्यवाही करने की अपील किया था। इस मामले मे मुझे अब क्या करना चाहिए कृपया उचित सुझाव देने का कष्ट करें।
